Chapter 8 - The Boss

It's still 7:30 but I'm now standing in front of the largest company in Alimania, 'The Prime Company Inc.'

Madame Athena said that I'm ready to face him so maybe I'm ready. But I think I'm really not. I'm a little scared because I might tell the truth to his son, I'm not a good lier though. I sigh and enter the glass door of the building.

I proceed to the reception area and ask my appointment.

Excuse me miss. Where is the office of Mr. Thor Achilles Romania? I asked directly.

The woman, which I think is a whore, its because her boobs is popping from her dress, its not the proper office attire and its very short, if she will drop something and get it, man will feast on her you know what I mean. The woman in the reception area which I describe earlier just eyed me from head to toe. Of course, I just let her, I have good posture and even I'm wearing an office attire, I could sense that she's intimidated of my presence.

Do you have appointment Miss? She asked with her brows raising.

Please check my name Mia Aalena Forrey, I smiled at her like we're friends. I want her to be more intimidated with my aura.

She search my name on her computer. I am happy because I knew I won from her. She's very pissed on me, but she decided to wear her receptionist smile.

You can go now ma'am, his waiting for you, 73rd floor ma'am. She said, wearing those fake smile on her face.

Thank you, and I left her with a smirk on my face.

I saw her eyes dilated before I walked towards the elevator. I won. She thought I am nobody and can be intimidated directly with her presence, well, I'm more than that.

I press the 73rd floor and the elevator starts running. Earlier I'm confident, now, I'm very nervous. What will happen if he will recognized me? I think I imprint a negative impression on him, I flipped him at the party. I hope, he will not recognize me. He didn't saw my face then, I must calm myself if this will continue, its my first day but I think this will be my last.

I exhaled and enhaled to keep myself calm. I fixed myself before I walked out of the elevator.

73rd floor, there's nothing here, its like I'm facing a wall all over. Thinking where can I find his office? I started walking and saw a single door, I think this floor is for his office only. I saw other doors but as I look at it, its empty. Maybe, he wanted to be alone in this floor, his very a private person.

Then, I realized maybe, it is it's way to be alone in this secluded area, for him to easily kill someone. My mind kept on negative thinking as I walk towards the last door. I know this is his office because the sign says 'Chairman's Office- Mr. Thor Achilles B. Romania'.

I knock thrice and I heard a very manly voice, saying come in. I took a deep breath before I open the door.

He is sitting on his glass chair, tucked in a big quater shape moonlike glass table. It's really beautiful. His office is empty except for the table and chairs and a secluded table on the right with bottles of wine above it. It's very clean and tidy, however there is a close door on the left side, I don't know what it is for, maybe a room for himself if his tired. I'm still wandering my eyes and I caught him staring at me. I felt jelly and my stomach becomes wild. I don't know why the way he looks, made me like this. As I study his feature, I was so stunned, he has a green eyes like emerald, and a beautiful jaw, that I want to touch. His hair is kinda messy but it looks good on him. I imagine him as the actor of vampire diaries. God, his very beautiful.

I gather my strength back and started a conversation.

Good morning sir, I'm Mia Aalena Gallado Forrey, I'm here because of madame Athena's request. I said firmly without any hesitation. I don't want him to know that I am very nervous right now.
