Her Scent

Chapter 11

Its been a month since I started working with Mr.  Thor Achilles Romania,  and it's getting easier as the days passed.  Why?  because his always out of the country,  we rarely interact with each other,  its just that I'm more confident without him,  I'm relieved if his not around.  Whenever his at his office,  I always stay in the room beside his office,  I only take a step to his office if he calls me in the intercom,  or bring coffee at 3 pm.  I think he is a very busy guy,  that's why he rarely stays in his office,  his always out of the country.  I found it good,  however,  it is very boring working with my head bore in the computer all day, I just want to have a casual conversation with him like a boss to his employee,  but it seemed difficult to achieve since his very busy.  Now, I became best friend with this little computer in my disk,  it is my only companion for the rest of the day as well as my phone. 

I heard a knock outside my office door,  and let the person in. 

Yes,  please come in. I instructed the person whose outside my office.  I saw Lily coming in.  She is one of my friend that is working as a planner in the company. 

"I'm here to inform you that you will come with us later,  lets have a drink,  lets party!!! " she said plastering a wide smile on her face.

"You must not decline this time.  If you will decline,  I will not make friends with you anymore.  "She imposed with her hands crossing her chest.

"well, well,  well,  that's a very great threat,  I'm so threatened" I said, with a smile on my face. 

"Please Mia,  I've always wanted you to be with us every time we went to party,  but you always say No,  please don't turn me down this time", she's pleading.. 

Yeah I always turn her down,  maybe because,  I never went to a club before or I don't like partying,  It's not part of my track since I'm a teacher,  I must not be involved with that kind of thing,  its against the teachers code of ethics,  however,  I'm not a teacher for now,  maybe I'll say Yes this time.

"Alright. You won this time" I answered her. Her eyes smile with my reply. 

"Really?  she said to clarify my answer,  again with a wide smile on her face.

"Do you not heard it?,  or I will just get my answer back? I replied and she hugged me tightly.. 

"Yes,  yes,  i heard it, don't get your answer back, okay,  I will wait at 9 pm at The Primiere Bar..  lets make this night wonderful..  she released me from her hug and went outside my office running..  I smile at the thought of her smiling like a puppy fed with bone.

Maybe I should have time to relax,  its been a month, and I have to take a rest,  tomorrow is my rest day so its fine to have a late night. 

After 5 I gather my things up,  check everything as well as the schedule of Mr.  Romania tomorrow,  he will be here tomorrow,  I have my day off so I need to put his schedule on his disk,  clear all the schedules and check all the necessary things for tomorrow.  After I'm done,  I locked my office and went down using the elevator.  I live nearby,  only 1 ride and I'm here in my safe haven.  I love it here,  my small apartment,  I have a small bed,  small table just for me,  a small kitchen and a toilet with a tub where I can bath whenever I want.  I have a small area outside my apartment where i plant flowers,  I love having flowers surrounding me,  it always make my day relaxed. 

I prepared my dinner after checking my grown flowers.  I love ramen,  so i decided to have one this evening.  I have a small refrigerator where I intact my food.  I want to cook my food than having it ordered from any food stall or restaurant.  It is more convenient and affordable also.
