Her Scent

Chapter 9

Thor's POV

I heard series of knock from my door, maybe it's the new secretary mother recommended. I just said come in. When she opened the door, the room was filled with her scent. The scent that made me crazy a month ago. Even in my dreams I can still see the naked back of that woman. I'm still craving for that woman until this moment.

She entered the room like she was trained how to do it. She's very delicate and beautiful. She has a brown Curly hair that she plastered to other side of her face. While she's staring my room, I am also checking her out. She has a pointed cute nose, I like it, and a kissable lips even with just a lip gloss. She's a beauty despite of the light make up she wears. My goodness, she has a perfect body like a glass hour. I want to touch her bare skin with my hands and let her moan for evils sake.

For the first time, I'm fantasizing a woman in just a minute of eyeing.
I started to gather my thoughts. If she's the woman at the party, then I have to make sure that she will pay for what she did to me.

I heard her speak and I just listen to her.

Good morning sir, I'm Mia Aalena Gallado Forrey, I'm here because of madame Athena's request. She utter.

I'm a bit sad because of what she said, she's only here because of my mother's request. It made me stand up and moved towards here.

Despite of being so close, she didn't bother to move backward. This means she's not afraid of me or else she doesn't care about my presence. It's eating my ego to the limit. ... I'm pissed now, so I moved towards her back. I want her to notice me and i want her to feel that I'm more powerful than her. I didn't mean to sniff her neck, I just want to scare her and utter intimadating words, however, when I'm so close on her neck, I immediately sniff it without even knowing I'm doing it. Her scent is like a drug to me.

I want to say sorry, for what I did but I realized that this will be an opportunity for me to ask if she's the girl in the party.

Your the girl at the party, I utter in her ears, I slightly move closer but my lips  brash some part of her ears. I didn't mean it, but it feels really good. I felt heat inside my body after that. Im aching to touch her hips and let her face me with our body colliding. But, before I could do that. She already did. She face me and hand me her profile. We are inch in distance, but she didnt even realize how close I am to her. For God's sake I'm a man, I cannot just stand here this close. I harshly snatch the paper she is handling and move back to my seat. I need some air, I cannot do that if I'm so close to her.

I read it just like what she wanted me to do and found out that she's my mother's secretary on her wine business. I read some of her profile and habbits. She's good in painting and she loves to eat. That's what her profile said.

So, your my mother's secretary from her wine business,  I said but she only nod.

I'm still not convince with her profile, maybe shes just using my mom for her own sake. I don't want my mom to be used by some gold diggers.

I instructed her to do something.

Do that, I want you to summarize their profile and include their private business, family, and business partners. Be back after an hour. If you can do that, you will start today, but if you cannot...

I'm thinking to let her go home and never step her foot in my building again. But, other words came out to my mouth.

I will bring you home. I'm shocked of what i have said , but I have to stand for it. I was confused with the way I am affected with her. Anything comes out to my mind and my mouth. I let a smile in my face, thinking I'd say words like that. It's not really me. I mean girls run for me, not me will run for them. The thing I'm experiencing now is really different from what I am. I licked my lips after that, its a bad habit of mine.

Her  answer made me so mad. It felt like a knife inside my heart. I don't know why I'm feeling this way.

I will definitely be back after an hour sir. She's really sure about her answer.

That means she doesn't want my companion. She doesn't want me to bring her home. I don't like to be treated this way. She's only a secretary, why is she acting like she's a prestigious woman. I'm so envious right now, I just want her to leave and do the things I want her to do.

She excused herself and I ordered her to use the door next to my room. But again, my mouth is really separating from my thoughts. I said another disgusting word. I may look like a pervert with the act I'm doing today.

I just let a smirk on my face as I say she can use my lap as she do her task. What a pathetic jerk. I despise myself because of my attitude today. I don't want her to think of me as a jerk or a Casanova or a pervert. However, I think it's too late, she's thinking of me as a man possessing all those indescribable adjectives.

She choose the first offer and I'm happy she's not like other girls that would jump into you with just a wink.

She moved gracefully as she walked towards the room. I like her sexy back. She's making me a mad man and she's turning me on.

I can't concentrate with my work, my mind is with her. She's occupying my thought. I need to get her out of my senses.

After an hour, I heard a knock on my office. I know, its her.

I'm here again sir, and I'm done what you have told me, she said and I assume she's really confident with it.

As I look at it, I'm impressed. She even arrange it alphabetically. I smiled while checking her works. 

Well, your good, I like your work and most importantly........ I like you. That's the truth, I like her as my secretary, I think she might survive in this cruel world of mine. As I land my eyes on her, I think she's stunned with my words. I want to clarify things about what I said, however, it is more convenient that she thinks I like her, that way, she will not cling herself into mine. I know she doesn't like me, the way she looks is very intimidating and very strong. If she thinks I like her, maybe she will distant herself from me. It will be a win-win situation for us. I don't want to get involved with woman now. I'm sick of it. They all wanted my money, no love attached.

From now on I will not involved myself to her. Just for business matter. I hope I can handle this attraction I have for her.

Continue what your doing now, I will let you my secretary. I said firmly.

I hand her bunch of papers and she took it without hesitation.

I let her do some research of the documents I gave to her. She must present it tomorrow. She must do her job and don't waste my money for hiring her.

I let her go back to her temporary office. Maybe I need some construction in my office so that shes not too far from my office. It is more convenient for us.

She thank me and started walking towards the door. But, again, and again, my mouth speaks its own. I called her by name 'Mia'. She stopped and look at me again, piercing our eyes together.

I'm sorry for what I did earlier, I just thought its you. I said.

I'm dead, that's the first time I said sorry to a woman. What is happening to me!!!! Where is my old self. I nailed my eyes unto her, getting reactions from her.

She just nod... That's it? She didn't even bother to say anything. She's driving me really crazy. After the great Thor say sorry, only a nod!

She just continued walking untill she's out of my office.

As she left the room, it became quite and lonely. I have to clear myself and do the things I need to do.

I started my work and left her out of my mind. This is the best way that I can do to not harm myself and not harm her from me.
