"You're serious?"Christian asked me. I rolled my eyes. Sometimes I wonder why people think I'm super innocent.
"Yes! Kras I have a tattoo."I huffed. He looked surprised but shrugged.
"Just don't tell them I'm getting one right now."I whispered. He nodded before going to the front of the bus.
"Guys A.J is coming with me to the tattoo shop."He announced. Mitchel pouted.
"You're leaving me?"He teased. I giggled and sat on his lap. We cuddled like usual.
"We're leaving in ten."Christian disappeared back to his bunk. I knew what I was getting. It was the last step of getting ready to be in a relationship with Mitchel.
"I wanna come but I can't."Mitchel said into my neck. I hummed contently. I enjoyed our cuddles. We stayed quiet just relaxing before I had to leave.
"You guys are the cutest I swear."Alexa commented on our spooning when she came in. She was coming as well. I blushed a bit.
"Alright ladies let's go!"Kras clapped his hands excitedly. Mitchel moaned tightening his grip around my waist.
"Mitty I gotta go."I chuckled trying to break free. He stood up with me in his arms. I guess he's carrying me out, I'm not complaining.
"Damn carry me Christian!"Alexa hopped onto kras's back. He oofed from the surprise but made sure she didn't fall.
"Everybody out!"Mitchel went ahead of Christian walking out of the bus. Once we were outside he put me down. Kras still held Alexa.
"I'll see you later."I wrapped my arms around his waist in a tight hug. He rocked back and forth for a few seconds before letting go.
"Have fun watching him suffer!"He winked at Kras before going back inside. We started walking into the town area where there was a parlor. Alexa was still being carried by Kras.
"There it is."I pointed it out. He put her down so we didn't seem like underage teens trying to get tattoos. While he talked to the owner Lex and I stood together.
"So what are you getting?"She asked me. I smiled and pulled out a drawing. She gasped in awe.
"That's beautiful. I'm glad you're doing that."She gave me a hug. For the first time the loss of Joey didn't feel so sad anymore. It felt real, and it felt okay to be on the way to happiness. I didn't feel guilty.
"It's my way of letting him go. He's always going to be a piece of me but, I belong with Mitchel for now."I smiled. I saw the wind blow through the trees outside.
"It's a good idea."
"I'm gonna stand outside for a minute, I'll be back in soon."I told her. I went out and sat on a bench in front of the parlor. It was a beautiful day. We were in Detroit today. Mitchel couldn't come with us because him and Clinton were working on music, Jesse and Pat were still sleeping.
Nobody was really around right now. I sighed and looked down at the drawing that would soon be on my body. "I'm really doing this huh Joey?"I talked to the air. The breeze blew through the trees playing as what I liked to consider a response. It wasn't even windy out.
"Alright. This is it. I'm letting you go."I nodded. The wind didn't blow that time. But it wasn't a bad thing.
"We're cool?"I asked. Now it blew. I laughed at how even though he was dead some banter stayed. Or I'm just crazy and the weather is being the weather.
I stood back up and went inside again. Kras was sat down in the chair getting sterilized. A tattoo artist came up to me. "I'm ready for you when you are!"She smiled nicely. I went over to her area.
