____________Error eventually cried himself to sleep and had a dream that was more of a memory. A memory from when he was a kid. It didn't faze him as he had this happen to him most nights. He woke up yawning and rubbing his eyes. He looked over at his alarm and noticed he was up an hour early. "Might as well get up, maybe I could try that dress on that mom got me." He stretched and forced himself out of bed.
He stood in front of the mirror with the idea of changing what he was wearing. He stood staring at himself in a dark purple dress with slits on the shoulders making the sleeves hang. He had a bow wrapped around his hand and made sure it was tight. "Make sure Ruru don't try and take it." He sighed and rolled his eyes.
The door opened and he looked over with a confused face to see Blue in the doorway. "Hey, does it look okay?" he asked. Blue had come in to ask him questions about yesterday, Error knew that. He sighed sitting on the bed and adjusted his glasses. "What happened yesterday?" Blue asked closing the door and sitting beside him. He stared at the small dent in Errors skull by his eye socket. "I got in a fight, it wasn't a big one though." Error admitted. "Who started the fight?" Blue asked, the floor looked weirdly interesting now. Error also found it interesting. "Ruru." stated Error plainly. "That other version of you, why?" Blue looked at Error slightly stunned. Mainly mad. "He's been this way since the first day of daycare, he tried to hurt Lucky." Error explained. "Lucky, is that the girl whose house you stayed at?" Blue asked. "Yes, she's Kiki's little friend, and she's new to public schools." Error stared. "Did you fight back?" Blue asked. Error shook his head. "Don't tell my parents please, I don't want anything bad to happen." Error begged. "I won't, but it sounds more like you don't want to be embarrassed." Blue stated stepping towards the door. Error smiled nervously as Blue left.
He put on a black headband with a dark purple bow on it. He fixed it up and sighed, "I'm going to regret wearing this." He stated. Blue opened the door again and smiled, "Your dress does look nice though." He shut the door and the pit pat of his feet were heard outside the door. Error rolled his white pin pricks and picked up his bag and made sure his phone was charged before taking it as well.
He looked at his alarm clock and noticed the time was still early. He sat his things on his bed and took out his sketchbook. Drawing was relaxing for him, he was thankful Ruru and his buds knew nothing about it. Knowing Ruru, things would not end well there. He drew his mom, when he was the Creator that fought him constantly. Oh, how he remembered those terrible memories. If he could pull them out of his head and throw them away, he would.
He kept glancing over at the clock and waiting for when he could leave. Error sighed annoyed with how slow the time was passing. He heard someone knock on the door and crack it open. "Can I come in?" Nightmare asked peeking his head in. Error smiled gently and nodded. "I don't see why not, what do you want?" Nightmare was about to open his mouth when he cut his breath and his face changed to fear instantly. Error looked at him confused and slightly frightened. Nightmare looked as if he wanted to cry. Error slipped his sketchbook off his lap and got up to help and see what the problem was. "Night, are you okay? Why are you crying?" Error asked and it got him to start breathing again in shallow breathes. "I'm... sorry... it keeps talking to me..." Nightmare mumbled. Error scoffed, that stupid apple. Error pulled Nightmare ( he's going to be called Night for short cause I'm lazy, but only when people are saying his name) inside and watched Nightmare as he regained his composure. "What do you want to tell me?" Error asked gently.
Nightmare glanced up at Error with hopeful eyes. He felt slightly happy with what he was gonna tell him but also slightly scared. Nightmare put his hands together and his knees buckled. "I'm..." Nightmare held his breath. Error was close to him and Error was happy with whatever decision he made, knowing he learned from his past life. "I'm..." why couldn't he say it was stuck in his throat. Error sat on the bed, he was willing to listen to whatever Nightmare had to say and not rush him. Nightmare was like this after all. Nightmare stared right into Errors eye sockets and said, "I'm dating Cross."
Error was shocked. Yes, was happy, but did Nightmare really overcome his shines that quickly? Did they always like each other, he wasn't sure. He smiled anyway, these questions weren't going to help and he was happy with almost any decision Nightmare made. Error clapped his hands softly and then hugged Nightmare proud of him. "I think that's lovely, you two are gonna look so cute together. The both of you and my boyfriend can go on double dates." Error rambled. It made Nightmare happy and he chuckled at Error who never would be this open on how he and his boyfriend did things.
There was a knock at the door causing them both to look. Error looked at Nightmare questioning whether to open the door or not. "Go on, I've already told you what I wanted." Error opened the door and there stood Orbit with a Rose and a face messy with a dark blue blush.
Orbit was shy around Error hoping he was doing everything he could to please his baby boy. "Orby, what's this for?" Error asked a blush starting to crawl up his cheeks. Orbit laughed nervously looking away. Error always made him nervous. "It's for good luck, I wanted this day to be better than yesterday. I can't have my little Error sad, I won't cut it." Orbit explained. Error was overcome with feelings. He took the rose with shaky hands and looked up at Orbits nervous face. He smiled gently. He grabbed Orbits collar and pulled him into a kiss which Orbit melted into. "Thanks my little spaceman, this gift is out of this world." Error said Orbit pecked Error cheek and told him he had to come downstairs. Nightmare left the room after teasing Error about the little flirty moment he witnessed. Error packed his things up and smiled.
This day was going to be better, he was sure if it. He was not letting Ruru ruin this. He admired himself in this mirror with a determined look. He looked down at the reflection of the rose he had in his hand. "Nothing is going to ruin this day."
