"oh hi marco"I smiled." what's up? I thought you went to Jean's place."

Marco smiled but it turned into a frown as he said"Yeah I was, and he also told me about the....You know from lunch"

Eren smile faltered, He sighed nodding."I see" Marco then stammered"B-but! I'm glad he help you out! Y-you know cause he is an asshole sometimes but I'm really that he well, sort of, in a way that he comforted you"

Eren just snort"yeah, he did. Pretty shitty job too" Marco just giggled. "I know, thats not his strong suit. But he is a lil softy~" he whispered out the last part.

I laugh and agree.We soon said bye and turned to leave.But as I was pasing by the street, a hand shot and grabbed me from behind and turned me around.

Teal meets steel grey.

I was quick to bring up a small smile."hey" Levi returned with a small smile. How I wish I could see it always.

"Hey yourself, you didn't wait for me at school" Levi said.

Eren looked confused."what?"

Levi rolled his eyes "we always head together after class you brat" he chuckled.

Eren flushed pink, "Oh y-yeah.." Levi lifted his hand to mess with his brown locks, earning a whine from the brunette. "I thought you forgot about that and stop it! its a mess as it is" he said.

Levi grinned as he sees him try to tame his hair again, "I'd never forget brat, so come on" He tugged on his sleeve and both they went.

as they walked, they talked for what seemed like forever but mostly when levi would bring up something about petra, Eren would nod but on the inside he felt like running away crying.

"I'm thinking flowers? but maybe its a bit much what do you think?" Levi asked.

Snapping back to reality, Eren panicked for a bit " uhm I don't know, I'm not into these kind of things?" it was more like a question than an answer. But Levi just shrugged.

"it's alright, I just wish everything to be perfect for when I ask her out" He said sighing happily.

Eren frowned. His fingers started to ich for his razor back at home but he clenched them shut and tucked them in his swearter.

"levi..."

He stopped and looked at him in question.

"yeah eren?"

"....why do you wanna ask petra out?"

Levi was about to answer when no words came out. It was weird, cause he would answer almost directly.

"She's the most prettiest girl in the school and I feel like me and her have something in commen I guess, why?"

Eren shook his head, replying "nothing just asking"but he couldn't stop his lips from saying "...d-do you love petra?"

That was enough to make them both stopped, silence covering up the atmosphere.

Levi's face was unrecognizable. He looked shocked but confused at the most, not from the question but in himself.

Does he love petra? well he is asking her out, so that counts as love right? but in the back of his mind, there was something telling him something else.

"I...I guess" Levi said. not looking at his friend. But as he said it, his stomach churn for some reason and like there was a pull in his heart that he never moticed before.

He looked unusual at himself and mentally thought on why his body was reacting like this.

But his attention was snapped back to the tall boy beside him. He was facing away from him, his body shook and he had a hand over his mouth.

"Eren! are you ok!" Levi exclaimed.

Eren shook his head and tried to comtrol to tears that started to form, he took a few deep breaths and spoke.

"I'm okay"

Levi deciding to drop the topic, brought Eren to his home and stared as he saw condition of his home was.

" I'll see you tomorrow, okay?" He looked and he was sure he saw a tear slip from his eye when he nod, He watched as he went inside and shut the door.

and for the first time, Levi ackerman was doubting on himself. The confidence he knew, was slowly washed out as the image of his friend from his state just a moment ago came back to him.

He sighed and went home. Getting inside his home, his mother greated him while his sister glared at him from the couch.

His face turn back to a scowl when he saw her. "what's with you?" he asked.

Mikasa just glared and faced back to tv while texting something on her phone.

He let out a 'tsk' and got to his room.
He got showered and changed, and just did nothing.He looked at his drawer beside his bed and saw the picture frame of him and Eren.

He smiled softly as he sat up and took it. They were both small in the frame, Eren was hugging him while he was laughing and nuzzling his head on his chin. They both looked so cute, but Levi wouldn't admit that about himself, but Eren.

'tsk.....Cute brat' Levi thought.
