I walk through the museum, making sure everyone is ready. I pass Teddy. He's holding my tiny mirror and is grooming his mustache. "You missed a spot," I point out. He says a thank you and fixes it. I walk up to the centurions. "Ready, guys? Remember, we don't want any pulled hammy's out there tonight," I point to them. I bump into Ahk as I turn the corner. I press my hand against the jewels and gold I had previously polished the night before. "Oh, no," I grab my cloth from my small purse and start to polish off my hand print.

"There's something you need to see," Ahk says. I keep my head down, focused on the gold and jewels. When I finally look back up, Ahk takes a step back. He reach up and tucks a stay piece of hair behind my ear. "You look beautiful," He says. I blush and smile. I reach up and place my hand on his cheek.

"Thank you," I say. "You do to, as always," I smile and sigh. I find myself getting lost in those beautiful light eyes, like I always do. I furrow my brows and close my eyes. "No time to get lost," I say. When I open my eyes again, I notice a smudge on his headpiece. "Excuse me," I take it from him and begin to clean the smudge. "Why won't it... Ugh!" I say, trying my best to clean the smudge, but to no avail.

"Kamilah. Breathe," he says, placing his hands on my shoulders. I follow his directions and take a deep breath. I finish cleaning the smudge and place his headpiece back in it's proper place. "This reminds me of the first time we met," he smiles at me. I chuckle and start getting lost in his eyes, again. "Ah, Larry!" he says, rushing off. "Larry, you better come see this," he says. I follow the two. I walk into the Egypt room. Larry shines his flashlight on the tablet.

"Oh, no... This can't be good," I say, noticing the blueish-green corrosion.

"Have you ever seen it like this before?" Larry asks.

"Never. This corrosion, it's never happened before. It's always been exactly the same," Ahk explains. I start feeling more worried than before.

"I wonder what's up with it," Larry says.

"I have no idea. And to be honest, my father knew the secrets of the tablet better than I did. Unfortunately, he swore he'd never reveal them. He never did," Ahk says. He gasps and stumbles. I rush over, Larry and I grabbing him.

"You okay?" Larry asks.

"Yes. Yes, I'm fine," Ahk says as if nothing happened.

"Just take it easy out there tonight, all right?" Larry asks. "We got 15 minutes till showtime. We're gonna figure this out tomorrow," Larry leaves. I keep my hands on Ahkmenrah until he looks at me. I reach up and gently grab his face.

"Are you sure you're alright?" I ask, furrowing my brows.

"I'm fine, Kamilah. Honestly," he says. I look at him unsure.

"Promise to let me know the second you don't fine, alright?" I ask, worried.

"I promise," He nods.

I stand on my toes and press my lips against his. "Stay safe, okay?" I say. I walk out of Egypt, knowing I'm needed.

As I pass Larry and the Neanderthals, I watch as he interacts with the new one. "It's a joke that somebody played," he says.

"You can thank McPhee, myself, and Cameron," I laugh, patting his shoulder. I begin to make my way to the planetarium.

"Dr. Tifft. Looking lovely as always," Teddy says as I pass him. I give him a casual salute and continue on my way. Soon, the program starts. I feel hands come to my sides at I turn to see Ahk standing behind me. I place my hand over his as we watch the crowd as Larry calls cues on the walkie. I feel Ahk's grip loosen, so I turn around to face him. He stumbles like before and I catch him, making it look casual. I hear Teddy start speaking gibberish.
