Okay guys, so I am trying something new with this chapter, if you guys don't like it then I will totally redo chapter seven, so pretty much I'm not gonna explain what I'm doing because you'll see it in a second, but I am gonna be trying this. If you guys don't like it or if you do just comment and let me know. If you don't like this then like I said I won't do it again and I'll redo this chapter if you do like it then I'll try to pepper them in throughout the story and I'll leave this alone. ALSO I have one new story out Exitium

Narrator's POV

Hermione walks into the common room that was reserved for her and Caleb. The room was a dark blue all around, the color of London's royal family of the vampire clan. One entire wall was a bookshelf, it was the vampire queen's favorite part of the room. The bed was stretched out so there was a couch between the two sides, all connected of course and was placed on a platform that could be reached by two stairs, Caleb wouldn't have it any other way. Another wall was just a window, but considering the whole being a vampire thing the entire thing was covered with a heavy, velvet navy blue  curtain with silver rope hanging from the top of it, making a wave-length pattern. Caleb was sitting on one of the beds, reading a book. Hermione's eyes flashed towards the title and with her vampire eyesight she saw he was reading a book called "Crank". He was wearing a deep red suit, his jacket buttoned up and his tie tied tightly around his throat, his black, polished shoes standing out against the deep, velvet red, his black, inky hair being the only thing that's darker, his icy blue eyes seemed to pierce right through Hermione's warm chocolate brown eyes and his lips curved into a smile. He stood and held out a hand to Hermione.

"Hermione, my heart, I'm so glad you've joined me in this fine hour" his voice purred as his queen took his hand and he lifted her on the stairs in front of him

"It's always my pleasure, my king" Hermione flashed him a heart warming smile

"My sweet, do you believe me when I tell you I love you?" the vampire king's eyes held a vulnerable look in them, a look that is only reserved for his bookworm

"Of course I believe that" her voice was soothing, as if she was talking to a child instead of a decades old vampire

"And do you believe me when I tell you I'll give you the world if it's what you desire?" he moved to sit on the couch, still gripping Hermione's hand

"Yes, I know that" Hermione sits next to him on the couch

"Then why must you hurt me?" His grip tightens even more

"What are you talking about? Caleb you're hurting me!" Hermione tries to stand up and move away

"Why do you still love the Veela boy? I can give you everything and what can he give you?" He pulls Hermione back down onto the bed and holds her wrists to his chest

"I-I don't love him. Caleb let go! Please!" Hermione begged, struggling against the older vampire

"There you go with the lies again!" Caleb growled, yanking Hermione to him "tell me the truth"

"Caleb please-" The fledgling girl howls in pain when her sire flings her against the wall

"Go." He sat on the bed, his head in his hands

"Caleb...." Hermione stood up, trying to reach out to him

"Go!" Caleb growls, standing up, his fangs out, eyes a gold color

Hermione ran out of the room.
