Chapter Twelve

Harry' POV

I walked up to Draco and Theodore. Alex was laying lazily on a bench while the other two were getting ready for quidditch.

"Oi!" I walked up to them as they turned around "I want Seeker. I'm the best and we all know it, so put me on the team and we'll never lose"

"We have a Seeker, Potter. Draco" Theodore pointed to the boy beside him. "And maybe you are the best, but Dray has managed to keep up with you since 2nd year so how about you go join Alex on the sidelines and cheer on your new house." He shot me and glare and then shot into the air. Draco following so I joined the other Nott on the bench

"I don't understand why they just won't put me on the team" I hissed out to the other Nott 

He rolled his eyes "Probably because you walked onto our field like you own it and just expect the Seeker position to be handed to you like everything else in your life"

"I don't expect everything to be given to me, but I am the best, the entire Wizarding World will tell you that and Slytherin hasn't won one Qudditch Cup. In Gryffindor...."

He cut me off "You're not a Gryffindor anymore Potter, you're a Slytherin. And Draco has been able to keep up with you and he worked hard to get there, it didn't came as naturally as it did with you, but he's just as good through hard work and practice." He stood up and began to walk away "So maybe your place in Slytherin is to just sit on the sidelines and let someone else have the glory for once" he got about halfway to the exit before I called out

"She's Hermione you know" he stopped in his tracks "the new girl is Hermione, your sister"

"My sister abandoned us. Don't bring her up again." He was gone 

Hermione's POV

"Nonononono! how did he figure it out, Zabini?" I screamed, throwing a pillow at the wizard across from me

He ducked it "I don't know, Granger, maybe because you practically forced the idea into his head by laying on him the first day here!" He huffed

"I haven't even been here a month, he CAN NOT figure it out! It'll ruin the entire plan!" I was pacing now

"And what is this plan you keep talking about, Hmm? Please do enlighten me!"

I glared at him "We have to deal with Harry. He's too close."

"Or if you just stay away then...." 

I shook my head, cutting him off "I know Harry, he won't leave well enough alone until he has everything figured out" I growled slightly "he's always been so sure that there is always a scheme"

"Well it looks like he's right, again" he rolled his eyes "but how would you suggest we deal with him"

I stared at the picture that stays on my wall, a picture of me, Harry and Ron "It looks like Harry Potter might have to disappear for a little while"

"You want to kidnap him?! Are you out of your mind?" 

"Not kidnap, we'll lead him on a wild goose chase, let him think that he's coming to find me, that I came to my senses and I want to come home" I began pacing  back and forth

"Mmhmm, and what happens when he realize that it's a while goose chase?"

I laughed at him "it took him a year to figure out everything from before, that was with my help, no it'll be awhile before that happens"

"How are you gonna keep him interested in the chase and not give up hope?" He crossed his arms

"I'm his best friend, he won't give up on me, not if it means bringing me home, especially if he has a promise to keep from one or both of my brothers" I smiled fondly "Harry is too loyal"

"Isn't that a good thing?" The Slytherin boy finally looked at me

"Sometimes, most of the time" I let the smile fall from my lips "But now....it's gonna be the fall of Harry Potter"
