it's been i don't know a few months since hurricane florence hit north carolina, you can look around jacksonville and tell we still aren't back to normal. sure school is back in session after being out for almost two months. (we went for two weeks and a day) things aren't back to normal. businesses are still damaged, a select few trees are down, houses are still damaged, signs are still down. but welcome to enc (eastern north carolina) and we'll forever be #encstrong because after all we survived hurricane florence.
