Marcus just arrived in his usual outfit. Skinny jeans a studded belt fake vans and an untucked shirt that he will probably get yelled at for all day long. He knows Cole but they aren't best friends or anything Cole hangs out with the popular crowd not us. But of course as soon as Marcus walks over to us Karen tells him that I have my first crush and that both of them have to play match maker and make Cole like me. They think just because I think a guy is cute it means I am head over heels in love but I am not in love I just have a slight crush. Cole is dreamy and perfect and sweet and just so Cole. But while my best friends are playing match maker I am going to 1st period Math precalculus. Guess who is in my class....Cole! He sits right behind me. While I am trying to admire Coles amazing ness from the back of my head I drop my whole Math binder and my papers and dividers go everywhere. Karen jumps up to help me and then Cole jumps up and starts helping too he says geese what did that binder do to you Skye and I laughed big inside I just could not believe he knew my name! The rest of class was great we talked about our teachers and our hobbies and get this he has wrestled before. He said it was so cool that I was the only girl on my competition team in boxing. He is perfect. Karen felt so alone because she has no classes with her boy friend so we made sure we included her in our conversation. I didn't have 3rd period with him but I did have Marcus in my class it was language arts and we just made fun of our teachers name the whole time and how she talked her last name was Butts I mean we have to make fun of that. Then lunch. Karen is sitting with her new boyfriend and Marcus has first lunch today so my friends are all gone I mean I have other friends but they are who I want to sit with. Then all of the sudden I hear Skye over here! Hey come sit with me. It was Coles voice I felt my face burning with blush and I got super nervous. I just turned around smiled and said okay. It was Cole, his best friend Jared and Vicky. Who is Jared's girl friend. Jared was whispering to Cole and blinking and poking him as I got closer. Jared said Skye sit next to Cole and then Cole turned around and nudged Jared and said no Skye sit wherever you want. So I sat next to Cole. I didn't feel so weird because he was blushing too and he was acting weird...really weird. We talked about parents and sports and how awful school lunch is. Cole even went to the lunch lady and asked her what the chicken sandwich really is...let's just say he won't be getting lunch from her anymore. Then I spent homeroom in the library because my schedule was messed up and I wasn't given a homeroom all in all today was really fun! All about Cole....!!! I definitely have re thought the whole no time for boys situation.
