"Any news?", I asked the men who surrounded me. "Nothing yet, boss.", one of them replied nervously.
"Nothing yet? It's been two fucking days. Are any of you even fucking trying?", I asked, my voice getting dangerously high.
"She just...disappeared. The cameras outside the mansion were tampered with so there's no footage of that night.", Lorenzo explained to me. "No one just fucking disappears. That bitch obviously ran away the first chance she got." I gritted my teeth.
I should have never trusted her.
"What else do you want us to do?", someone asked. "Fucking find her!", I snapped, gesturing towards the door. Everyone nodded their heads and walked out of the room.
Cole stayed behind and walked over to me. "You really think that she ran away?", he asked me . "There's no other fucking explanation.", I told him. "What if someone took her against her will?", he suggested.
I frowned, considering the possibility. "But who would want to take her?", I asked him. "Oh, come on. She's gorgeous and there were plenty of girl traffickers there. The real question is: who wouldn't?"
The kid had a point. Shit, I hope Grace is okay...
"I want you to look up all the traffickers that were there that night. Also, get me the camera footage of the inside of the mansion for that night. Maybe one of them spoke to her.", I instructed him. He nodded, walking towards the door.
As he reached the door, he turned around. "Don't worry. We'll find her.", he said confidently and left.
