When I got home from school yesterday my mother was waiting for me, apparently she came home early so she can spend girl time with me. She decided for us we should go and get mannys and patties, she thinks every young lady should keep neat fingers and toenails at all times. Then she decided that we should go to Mac cosmetics store for mascara eyeliner blush and of course some eyeshadow and lipstick, at first I protested until she had one of the make up artists show me how just a little goes a long way. I'm never thought I would hear myself say that I love it, it feels good to look good sometimes. Then we went clothes and shoe shopping or should I say dresses and Heels shopping. She was so happy I have three to all of this, so I decided not to complain apparently the woman have style. All the dresses she picked out was appropriate for my tease in the heels were not too high, 4inches I can walk in that. By the time we got home she didn't have time to cook so she decided to order Chinese food, which I declined I didn't feel hungry at all whatever was in that recipe that Derek uncle made boost my energy up times 10. So I decided to go to sleep early since I only had homework for one class, but last night I didn't have one of those weird dreams which somewhat I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong I did not like the second half of the dream but the first half was amazing.

Waking up this morning I have to get another shower I blowdried my hair, wearing a part down the middle curling my hair and beach curls. I decided that I will try out the make-up the way the woman taught me. The most part it was easy after the second try, I put on this moron dress that fits tight on the upper part but flared out at the bottom and stopped mid thigh. Then I put on my black leather 4 inch pumps, grabbing my backpack and walking downstairs to the to the kitchen.
The second I made it into the kitchen camera lights flickering in my face. "Mom are you trying to blind me." Running how just the day before yesterday I couldn't see 3 feet ahead of me and today I have 20/20 vision.
"Sorry sweetheart I just wanted to remember this day that you started to dress like the beautiful young lady you are, and I hope this year be the best year of all your school years." She And me both I hope this year is a big turn around for me too, deep down I know things won't change unless I make it change. So hopefully this is a step in the right direction.
"Mom do you like, it do you think it's too much?" I asked nervously hoping she approves.
"Sweetheart you look amazing, all the boys will eat there hearts out because when you step in the door they will be drooling all over you." My mother said smirk on her face that I never seen before and kind of freaking me out.
"John a sweetheart look at Bella," isn't she just breathtaking?"
"Yes sweetie as always." My father said again not taken his eyes off his morning paper which made me chuckle, he loves me it's just when It comes down to my looks that's not something he cares about. Rather if I was the ugliest girl in the world he will still think I'm the most beautiful girl in the world.
"Jonathan Holmes, you're not even looking." My mom yell make him look up, what's his eyes land on me he was utterly shocked. And smirked at my father.
"Bella you look beautiful, now you're a smart girl I don't have to warn you about guys again now do I, he said getting up to hug me and give me a kiss on the forehead.
"I would love to stick around but I I have to go now, I will see you guys later."I said trying to rush out the house, than my mother yelled for me to come back.
"You need to eat before you leave."
"Mom I'm not hungry."
"Isabella holmes I won't take no for an answer, you did not eat dinner last night you will be eating breakfast before you leave or you would not be going anywhere today."
"Ok mom" I said what a forced smile on my face, I don't know what my problem is but ever cents yesterday I haven't really had much of an appetite. So I sat there and force myself to eat bacon eggs and toast, then made my way to school open that I run into Derek at the lockers again.

But when I arrived in the school there was no sign of Derek, when I got to my lockers there was no sign of Derek so I walked to class all by my lonesome self. I notice a lot of guys staring at me on my way to class, but if it's not Derek I don't care The other night the dream that guy read mind me so much of Derek. I know it's impossible for them to be the same person, and if I was to mention something like that to him he will think I'm crazy and ditch me for the other girls, ASAP.
When I made it to my first period AP Chemistry class no one was there, so I decided to take my book out and read as much as I can untill the bell ring. Five minutes later that was interrupted by someone tapping on my shoulder, So I look up to so my right in see a tall tan blonde hair green eyed boy, who I think his name is Jason Harper.
"Hey Bella, how is it going?" I must say he is cute I'm just trying to figure out, what is his angle and what does he want for me. He's a jock, he never bullied me or ask me to do his homework but still why the sudden interest.
"Everything is okay with me thanks for asking, do you need anything Jason?" I asked with my eyebrows in a frowned of confusion, I noticed that smile that creeped on his face when I said his name they actual genuine smile.
"I just wanted to introduce myself properly, I see you've been hanging out with that new guy in town." Really not a good way to come at me.
"Yes we met yesterday, he seems pretty nice." I said not really knowing where this conversation is going.
"Do you like him?" What is it to you mr. Harper, well at least that's what I want to say. But I was raised with respect so I'm going to play along with his questions to see what is he playing at here.
"Yes, he seems to be a nice person." I said
"Is that the reason why you all of a sudden change yourself, I mean no offense you looked beautiful the way you were before." Okay well this is getting weird and where is the teacher when you need her.
"what...No this is for me, well mostly from my mother. She thinks that because I want to be a lawyer I must now start by dressing and acting the part, and I agree with her don't you." Okay well my mother must be rubbing off on me,because I just gave him the same smirk my mother gave my father this morning. How dear he, ok yes I want to look good Derek a part of me wants him to see me like this but mostly it's for me. I'm tired of being an outcast when I don't have to be just because I'm smart, Who says beauty and brains don't mix.
"You're right Bella you should do what makes you happy, and you look beautiful just be careful your such a sweet innocent girl. I wouldn't want you getting hurt, he just don't seem like your type." He said it was a little hurt on his face but he should be feeling a little guilty, because we both have to live town I'll whole life went to the same schools and the day he seen me talking to a guy finally now he decides to stay well be careful. How dare he, and just like that the bell ringed and Jason decided he should sit next to me.
Every minute seems like forever, five minutes pass still no Derek, 10 minutes pass still no Derek. After 15 minutes I decided to give up and I just figured he wasn't coming to school today, two minutes later the door open and Derek locked eyes with me sending me into a trance. The whole time he was walking towards me I we never turn from one other. I'm having one of those déjà vu moments, I didn't even know when he saw until he squeeze my hand once before letting go.
"Hey" he said with that seductive smile on his face.
"Hey" suddenly I feel self-conscious when his eyes Roamed my Body than frown. "What" I whispered to him with a concern look on my face. "Is everything okay." The looked softened on his face than he stood up, slowly taking off his black leather jacket showing off them amazing biceps. He bent down putting his jacket over my shoulders, which suddenly caught me off-guard.
"It's cold in here, beautiful." He whispered in my ear than planted soft but quick kiss on my neck, on that spot the same spot from my dream. Suddenly I gasp from being astonish by his bold actions. Earning a smirk from him a blushed create on my cheeks quickly I turned my head to see a angry Jason, I had to hold back the chuckles so I just slit my arms into the sleeves of his jacket and inhaled his amazing scent.

"Go ahead and walk to lunch I'll be there in a couple of minutes." Derek said than kiss me on my forehead in walking away, Why is he kissing me like a boyfriend do.
"I'm not feeling hungry today so I'm going to grab some water, than walk over to the tree i'll see you later than right." Please say no, please say no, please say no Derek I want you to be with me I thought myself.
"I'll be at the tree soon just me five minutes seven at the most," he winked at me and then started walking in the direction he was going. I couldn't hide the small smile that was creeping its way on my face, what is this Derek guy doing to me.
Six minutes later but who is counting, Derek was sitting down next to me. He handed me that delicious drank from yesterday and I gratefully took it with a smile, then he surprised me by taking out the same book I'm reading it start waiting.
"You know you don't have to be nice in give me your smoothie." Even though this is one of the only things that I like nowadays, but that's none of his business.
"Nonsense i'll give you the world if I could, besides I can have you withering away now could I."
"well you can always give me the recipe." I said joking but deep down I really love to have my hands on that recipe.
"Well once your family you can have the recipe, and make us as much as you want but until then I'll make you as much as you want." okay well that sounded pretty serious I didn't say anything I just looked at him Shiley and suspicious, this is my second they know I'm home and already I think I'm in-love. Wow did I just think that, it was on my mind The first guy thats nice to me and I'm already thinking about love.
"So.....what made you buy that book your reading?" I said with the most innocent smirk I can pull off.
"Well I saw this girl reading this book and I figured, I should see if I like it because I wouldn't want to sit through hours of watching a movie that sucks just to impress day girl. I will say this so far I like the book, I think this girl has good taste."
"Oh," was all I can say before I bended my head down, and continue to read trying to stop my face from looking like a tomato.
"Oh, it's all you have to say."
"Are you asking me out on a date?" I said not looking up for my book.
"Only if your answer is yes."
"I'm sorry but the answer is no, it's not that I don't want to it's just that my father and I already made plans to see the movie together. You see if the special routine we have together, and by this being last year in high school have to take a vantage of every little moment with him before I'm off to college. You understand right?"
"If it's okay with your father, do you mind if I join you too?"
"Really?"
"Yes really, I would love to meet the parents that's responsible for making such an incredible person." Oh yeah this is a dangerous guy, does he know all the right words to say. Before I had a chance to respond the bell wrong, we packed up our things and he help me up. We were walking to class with our arms intertwined, than I was yanked from out of his arm. I looked up to see the person that wrapped my arm, and it was my arch enemy Catherine mails who feels entitled to the world. I can't believe that we were ever friends. I was snatched out of my thoughts when I Heard her aggravating high pitch voice yelping on about something, why can't she just leave me alone.
"What do you want Catherine?"
"I just told you listen this time, will you do my homework tonight. Cause I have plans and I'm going to be too busy and I'm not going to have time that, thank you very much." She said shoving her assignments in my hand not even giving me a chance to say yes or no, Who does she think she is.
"No, do y'all homework." I said in the tone that made her flinch, but then she recovered quickly not inspected me to say no. I don't even though I got the courage, that's not what I said it's more like how I said it is the thoughts running through my mind when I said it blood. Wait what blood.
"What did you just say?" She stood there with her hands on her hips as I tossed a paper and books to the ground.
"Katerina she said no." I tried to have the smirk when I heard Derek call her Katerina.
"It's Catherine and who do you think you are."
"My name is Derek, this here is my Bella." He said wrap and one arm around my waist kissing my temple, then he intertwined Our arms back together than we walked away to world history leaving Catherine to deal with her embarrassment.
"Thanks for having my back there, even though I could've handled. You didn't have to pretend that we were dating." I said that last part a lot harsher than I was meaning for it to come out, because if we were dating and that will make me happy to have my first boyfriend in my 17 years of existing.
"My sweet Bella, my innocent little Bella. Have I ever told you how beautiful you are, it would be an honor if you will give me the pleasure of being your boyfriend." He said caressing has thumb on my cheek before leaning on one knee, I smiled and nodded my head. Then I looked around to see everyone mouth wide-open like he's just propose to me.
