Flashback

"Mom!!" Jungkook ran down the hallway into his mom's room. He had just got home from school, and he was excited to say that he hadn't failed his exams.

"Mom?" He said again, questioning why no one had responded. His mom always said something back. Had she gone out?

Jungkook went up to her door, that was cracked, and pushed it. The sight in front of him made his knees give out. There, in front of him was his mom and dad, lying lifelessly.

"Mom? Dad?" He said quietly. Jungkook crawled to them and shook them. "Wake up. Please?" His voice cracked, tears streaming down his face. Jungkook's world was crashing, and he didn't know what to do. He needed his parents.

Jungkook heard voices in his house, getting closer along with the footsteps. He got up and looked around. He needed to hide, but he didn't know where. 'Where to,' he thought. His legs took him to the bed and got under it. As soon as he was settled, the people came into the room.

"What should we do? Boss wants the boy dead too. Said that he might know something."

"We should wait. I'm sure he will come home, he's just at school."

The two men looked around and sighed. "Do we have to wait till Boss's son gets here? Why couldn't he have just done it?"

"Boss doesn't want his son to get that much pleasure out of it. You know he gets a little dirty when he does things. But haven't you noticed the difference when he's out with us compared to when he's at the base. If we were regular people, we would never guess that he was a sick murderer. It's almost like he's bipolar."

"Yeah, I've noticed that too. I thought I was going crazy when he had first talked to me after our first mission. He was so bubbly and happy go lucky for a person who had just killed a person."

"But we can't even talk about the missions with him. After they're done, it's almost like he erases the memories from his head. He looks at us questioningly and says, 'what? I didn't kill anybody. Stop messing around with me.' It's kinda weird."

"Maybe that's the way he copes with the situation. He is pretty gruesome when he finishes them off."

"Why does he get so offended when we call him his name during a mission? 'That's not my name. You have the wrong person.' Like, I get it. We have code names but isn't that a little too far?"

"I guess. Maybe it's so no one knows his name if someone is watching."

"True"

The men stopped talking and looked towards the door. At that door, the man Jungkook thinks they were talking about, stood there.

"Min Soho, Kim Seol-Woo. Watch the house. Make sure no one suspects something. If the boy shows up, bring him to me. I want to have... A little chat." Jungkook shivered. He knew if he hadn't hidden, He would be dead. He quietens his breathing, heart pounding. Jungkook was too far down on the ground to see anybody's face, only seeing their feet.

The man bent down, and Jungkook could see red hair, like blood. "I'm going to have fun with you two."The man said darkly.

The man kicked his mom's leg and said, "It's to bad that you had to go. You are beautiful. I could've had a fun time together. That would be after I killed your husband, of course." Jungkook shivered. He wanted to run. He needed to get out if he didn't want to end up like his parents.

"Where is my case? Aish, those assholes didn't bring my case." The man walked out of the room and Jungkook could hear the front door open and then close. He crawled out from under the bed and looked out of the window. He could see the three people going to a car and opening the trunk. He had a chance, and it probably would be his last if he didn't take it.

Jungkook ran out of the room towards the back door. As soon as he opened it, one of the men yelled, "Hey, where do you think you're doing? Get back here!!" Jungkook sprinted. He wasn't going to get caught.

"Mom, dad. I'll come back for you."

Jungkook had left Taehyung's house. He was going to go back of course. He had told the boys parents why he had been like that so late at night. Initially, they had thought he ran away and had been outside for a couple of days, but to them, Jungkook's story matched up better.

Jungkook came closer to the house he grew up in. It's only been a couple of hours since he had left his parent's lifeless bodies. He had come back to his house so he could see them one last time. That is if those men had left the masses, which he doubted happened.

Walking in, Jungkook shivered. The house was cold and lifeless. It reminded him of his parent's bodies. Nothing was heard, so he knew it was safe to go in.

Once he reached his parent's room, he could smell something. It was an awful smell, and that's when Jungkook knew his parents were in there. He opened the door and looked around the room confused. Weren't they there? He knew he could smell an awful stench. One he had never smelt before.

He walked farther into the room and stopped, thinking. "I guess if I'm not going to stay here, I should find at least some money." He looked around the room and found his fathers safe. His father had told him the code in case something had happened to him and his mother. Opening the safe, he gasped. Multiple cards were in there. Saving cards that had been loaded full and where to only be used for emergencies. He grabbed all the cards and was about to close the safe, but a note caught his eyes. A note stuck there, written by his father. His vision blurred due to the tears collecting in his eyes.

"Jungkook, if your opening this safe, it probably means that I'm gone along with your mother. We are so proud of you Jungkook. You've achieved so much in such a short time that we both can't guess what you're going to do next. Be wise in using this. It's all that you will have after you receive the will. Be strong and do good in life. Don't let our death drag you down. We both love you so much, Your father and Mother."

Jungkook was sobbing. How did his father know this was going to happen? Jungkook picked up the note and put it in his pocket. And yet again, a surprise awaited for him. A compartment opened and a single handgun and a forged license sat there. He grabbed both of them and put it in his backpack.

Walking out of the room, he stood in the middle of it once again. Looking around he sighed. This would be the last time he came here.

Jungkook felt something hit his forehead and brought his hand up to touch it. He was bringing his hand back down when a red liquid trickled down his fingers. He looked up and felt the need to vomit.

There on the ceiling, were his parents. Their guts hang, still connected to their bodies. The skin that had been pulled to the sides were nailed into the roof. Their eyes and tounges where missing. Jungkook screamed and ran out of the house. There was no saving his parents for a proper burial. They were gone.
