|Chapter Six:Selena's POV|

I just loved how my parents talked about me like I'm a irresponsible teenager.

It was irresponsible to get pregnant,but they have nothing else against me.It's frustrating to see that you make one mistake and you don't hear the end of it.

The sound of the glass door sliding open and then close, snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked over to see my dad walked out the house.

I raised my eyebrows.I looked over to David.He shrugged looking awfully confused.

I slowly,and awkwardly made my way to my mom who sat on the love-seat in the enormous living room.

She looked completely flustered.I bet she even shedded a few tears.I felt guilty, the same guilt that I've had these past few days.

She had her thinking face on. Her fingers intertwined together,and no facial expressions whatsoever,straight,and emotionless.

I sat beside her already feeling this awful heat rise up to my face and the tears welling up.

"D-Do you think I should go talk to him?" I stuttered not daring to look at her.

Out of the corner of my eye I saw her look at me with saddened eyes,and brought me closer to her and kissed my forehead.

"I think it's best for you to wait.Until he,calms down." She says.

"You're right mom, but this-this weight is killing me. I need to go ahead and get it out of the way. Now or never. " I sighed, she pleaded with her eyes but just nodded in the end.

I closed the stupid glass door.I immediately regretted it because of the 'click' it made.

The tension was already heavy and thick.

I noticed he held a glass of red wine.I slightly flinched.It caught me a bit off guard.

"Hey,daddy." I said as I sat down next to him,but kept distance.

"Hey,princess." He said coldly,but his face softened.

He gulped down the liquid and didn't hesitate on pouring himself another glass.He chugged that one down,and as he brought the glass down from his mouth his grip tightened on the glass.His hand reddened-

"Dad calm down!" I completely regret raising my voice.

"Calm down!?" He yelled and broke the glass causing his hand to bleed he threw the remaining glass which broke into smaller pieces of glass.

The noise caused my mom and brothers to come outside and check what was going on.Probably waking Gracie up as well.

"Dad calm down!" David yelled.

"How can I calm down when my eighteen year old daughter who I trusted went out and got pregnant by an ignorant imbecile, who couldn't keep his dick in his god damn pants. I trusted you both. How could you be so irresponsible Selena,for God's sake!" He yelled and continued.

"Did you just sleep with every guy who's complemented you?You think because a guy says pretty words,you drop to your knees.Is that how things work?You-"

"I'm not a slut that sleeps around with everyone if that's what you're concluding, dad!" I rose my voice to match his.

"Yes I was stupid and ignorant,for giving myself to him an-"

"Oh,so your his property now? Well that's fantastic!Isn't it?Going behind our back and doing what not."

"No, that's not what I meant at all.I was trying to talk this out,but clearly that's going to be impossible.Things got way out of hand and I'm not dealing with this!" I was infuriated and I should've known better than to try to talk to him when he's angry and in top of that intoxicated.
