The Doctor and the Ponds had been sitting by Rose's bedside for about two hours before she woke up. The Doctor instantly went to stand beside her and grabbed her hand. Amy and Rory slipped out to let The Doctor and Rose have some privacy.

"Rose?" He said as she looked around and examined her surroundings. "It's me. The Doctor."

Rose gaze snapped to him as he said this. She took in his new body. "Doctor? How did I get here?" She asked confused.

"What do you remember?"

"Well I, um well, I was at Bad Wolf Bay. In the other universe, I guess. There was this light. A golden light. I walked towards it and then I woke up here." She looked around again. "How did you find me?"

"The TARDIS brought us to Bad Wolf Bay in this universe. That's where we saw you." He answered.

"How did I get to this universe?"

"That's what I'm worried about. Do you remember Bad Wolf?" The Doctor knew she didn't remember everything, but he had told her the basics of what happened.

"I thought you took that out of me." Rose was getting scared. The Doctor said that Bad Wolf had been killing her. If it was back what would happen? What about the baby?

"I thought I did too. But when we found you. . . It was just like the gamestation. You were glowing and you said 'The Bad Wolf has awoken.' and then you just dropped on the beach." The Doctor stared at her with sadness in his eyes. "I thought you had died." he admitted.

Rose gave him a small smile. "You're not getting rid of me that easily."

The Doctor smiled and pulled her into a hug. "I missed you, Rose."

"I missed you, too." She whispered. The Doctor pulled back when he realized she was crying.

"Rose, what happened to him?" She knew he meant the metacrisis.

"He died. A month ago." she managed to choke out while she sobbed.

"I'm sorry." The Doctor whispered while holding her.

"Doctor, I have to tell you something." Rose said after she composed herself enough to talk. She moved so she could see his face. " I'm pregnant."

He grinned at her. "I know. I saw it when I ran a scan on you."

"I was just about to tell him when. . .' she trailed off looking back at The Doctor. He nodded understandingly. "What are we going to do? The Bad Wolf isn't going to hurt the baby is it?"

"I don't think so." he answered. "The scan said you and the baby are perfectly healthy. But," he hesitated. "you're not human anymore."

Rose gasped. "What do you mean?"

"I think the Bad Wolf turned you into a TARDIS. Or, well, part TARDIS. Maybe so you could handle the power." he saw her worried look. "I know it's alot."

"What does this mean? What's going to be different now that I'm part TARDIS?" She asked.

"I'm not sure. We'll figure it out. Like we always do." He grinned again.

She smiled back. "What do we do now?"

" He helped her out of the bed. "For now, what do you think about going on an adventure?"
