"Oh come on, mate! It'll be fun!" Sophie harassed, but on the verge of begging at this point.

"You're already dressed, fucker! Now lets go!" Micheal exclaimed, from his spot on the floor. What a class act.

But it was true, I was already dressed, sitting on the edge of my bed teetering on the edge whether to go to the party or not.

I knew Matty was going to be there, I mean it is his team mates party. But the whole reason of going is to get my mind off of him.

"Wow. That just changed my whole view on the subject. Thank you, Micheal." I said in an overly sarcastic voice, which he then responded with a smirk and  the throwing of a pillow.

After a brief pillow fight, Micheal threw me over his shoulder when my guard was down, "Get her shit, Ashton's here."

"Put me the down, asshole!" I screamed, throwing punches at his back that seemed to not effect him at all.

"Were getting fucked up whether you like it or not, you haven't been out with us in ages!" he said, as we walked down the stairs and out of my house.

"Hell yeah!" Sophie, encouraged, which she got THE look from me.

"You actually got her out of the house?!" was the first thing Ashton said after I got thrown in the trunk, all thanks to Mikey.

"Shut the fuck up." I muttered under my breath.

"You know how excited Luke will be?!" Ashton said, before turning up his music.

I hadn't seen my best friend in ages it felt like, I had been so caught up in Matty I felt like I didn't have time for him. Also, it wouldn't of mattered because Matty didn't like Luke, and he certainly didn't like me hanging out with him by myself.

"He's missed you so much, it's almost pathetic." Mikey said, shaking his head.

When we walked in, of course the first person I saw was Matty making out with some skank cheerleader.

"Oooh." Micheal said, only adding to the chaos in my head.

"Come on," I muttered to them, "I need a drink... or five."

Second shot in, I saw Luke looking at me but when we made eye contact he looked away quickly.

It wasn't because he was mad at me or anything, he was just extremely shy. He wouldn't even walk up to his own brother if he saw him in public, so after being so distant for so long, I didn't expect anything different.

"LUKE!" I shouted, as I barreled towards him.

I wrapped my arms around him, already imagining the color of red his face was becoming, because of the attention I just called to him.

"Thiland," he answered, before I loosened my grip on his waist, "when did you get here?" he asked.

"Like ten minutes ago, I don't know? Come take shots with us!" I directed him, pulling him by one hand, making a path to the kitchen with the other.

Calum, had found the group by this time, already taking his protective stance behind Sophie.

The group was all together for the first time in which felt like together.

"GROUP SHOT!" Sophie cheered when she saw us walk through.

"You guys go ahead, I'll watch." Luke said, reluctant as always.

"Oh come one! Just one shot!" I said giving him my best puppy dog eyes.

"No, I better not."

"Please! I haven't been out in ages! Just do one. For me?" I said, knowing he would give in because no matter how shy he was, there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for me, and I same for him. It's been that way since grade 1.

He rolled his eye, before picking up the small glass Mikey had already poured for him.

After we watched Mike and Calum's drink off, which was intense I must add, we got on the dance floor, my favorite part of the parties.

I don't mean to toot my own horn or anything but I'm a damn good dancer.

Matty didn't like me dancing because all his friends would stare at me and if they were drunk enough usually try to pull something, and then Matty would have to 'put them back in their place'.

But now I was free and could dance with anyone I wanted, even Luke.

Especially Luke.

"Dance with me, babe!" I said tugging him by the hand from were he was leaning against the wall holding a solo cup full of water.

"Uhmm, I'd better not." he said, scratching the back of his neck.

"Oh come one! This is my favorite song to dance too!" I said, as Dislatch began to play.

"One song!" he laughed as I started stupidly dancing on him.

Luke wasn't the worst dancer, he just wasn't the best. Certainly better than Micheal, especially when he's is drunk, as he is now.

Thanks to me, Luke was still dancing with us, almost four song through, when I saw them.

Matty and a new girl, shamelessly making-out. To make matters worse, while he was obnoxiously sucking on her neck he sent me a wink. A fucking wink in my obvious direction.

"Why'd you stop dancing? Oh." he said, once he noticed, "Are you okay? Do you want to go sit down or have a drink, or something?" Luke scrambled for something to get my mind off the blaring obvious sight.

"Luke, I need you to kiss me." I said, not even thinking.

"Uhm, Luna, I don't think that's a good idea." his face flushing.

"Like now, Luke." I said, grabbing his face in between both hands to bring him down to my height.

Even in my buzzed state, I realized Luke had no idea what he was doing. He awkwardly had put his hands on my waist, stiffly. Barley moving his lips at all.

I heard Micheal's laughter breaking us apart, "What was that?" he said, a new drink in his hands.

"Just trying to show Matty I'm over him." I said, taking his drink out of his hands, drinking it all in one go.

I looked over to Luke who was still blushing.

The rest of the boys and I had awkward drunken hook ups with one another, which really isn't that weird because we are pretty close and touchy anyways. I mean there hands find my boobs all the time and we all spoon and change in the same room. People, before and now after Matty, constantly ask me which one I'm actually dating. But Luke and I have never shared any kind of hooking up, and from that kiss we just shared I don't think he's kissed, much less even touched another girl.

It's not like Luke didn't have admirers, because he certainly did. It's safe to say Luke is one of the hotter guys in our grade and definitely the smartest, The girls basically drool when he walks by. It's quite funny actually, because he doesn't notice it, he doesn't understand that when the more confident girls approach him they're flirting with him. And it got almost ten times worse when he got his lip piercing over the holidays.

Eventually, I saw Matty walk up the stares with ANOTHER girl. And at that point, I just grabbed one of the bottles off the kitchen counter and chugged the rest of the contaminants.

I didn't want to think, or feel. I just wanted to have fun with my best friends and nothing else mattered.
