As we were walking through the forest, a hobbit hole came into sight.
"We're here, oh and by the way..."
My classmate said, stopping at the hobbit hole. I started walking towards the hobbit hole, but stopped because my classmate hadn't finished talking.
"There are a few others that are staying here, so you might want to hide the rest of your pop-tarts."
He warned, ignoring the fact that had started to walk away. I took note of what he said and hid my poptarts before I started walking again.
"Thanks, I assume that you'll stop by every few days."
I asked, well it was more of a statement, while nodding slightly.
"Yeah, see you in a few days."
He responded, then started walking away. I opened the door after knocking and saw a girl there looking at me with a questioning look on her face.
"The person who let you live here is letting me stay here."
I said, answering her unspoken question. She nodded and motioned me to follow her. Wondering why she didn't say anything, I followed. Assuming that she was taking me to meet everyone else.
We went into what looks like the living room and she pointed me to wait on the couch. She left the room, to get someone I guess. Sitting on the couch I looked around the small room, it felt comforting and relaxing.
"So this is the newbie that the boss gave us."
I heard a male voice say, I turned my head in the direction. That voice sounded oddly familiar, and not in a very good way.
