Gene and I have been doing it for weeks now. Until one night.
"How did the condom break?" I ask sitting edge of the bed in my undergarments. Gene walks up to me in his boxers. His eyes are kind.
"I'm sorry. We'll do this if, you know." He gestures toward my stomach. I start to tear up. Gene pulls me close and holds me tight.
A few weeks later
I wake up and run toward my bathroom. My hair in a messy bun. I took the test a few days ago but didn't dare to look at it.
By now, I'm 17, in my 3rd year of high school, and possibly pregnant.
After throwing up, Gene walks into the bathroom. He's helped me through a lot. He's leaving for college next week. I feel sorry. He's only 18 and about to be a dad.
I thought long and hard about the decision. I was going to tell my family, not say the father, have the kid and put them up for adoption. I was feeling bad about having this child and giving them to a family I have no clue about.
Time Skip cause I'm a lazy fuk
I walked back to my house, not knowing how tired I was going to be when I got there. When I walked through the door, my family was all in the kitchen.
"Hey, guys?" I shut the door and they all look at me in anger. I look at the counter and find the test I took.
"Why in the hell are you taking a pregnancy test and why the fuck is it positive?"
"Zane, language." My mom scolded.
"That's not the most important matter at hand. My baby sister is pregnant and we don't know who did it!" Garroth talked back to my mom.
They all ended up arguing.
"STOP!!!" They all turn to look at me. "I thought you guys would be supportive if you guys found out. Not this, dramatic. So I'm pregnant. I already have a plan. The least you can do for me is to help me through the next 9 months of this torture. Huh, bet you guys couldn't go a day without afending me now." I run up the stairs to my room.
Once I slam my door shut, I look up to see my love.
"B-Blaze?!"
