13) Over coming fear

Genes POV

I saw Y/N for the first time in a long time. I felt bad for leaving her. College has been rough and not seeing her was hard. Super hard. 

I chased after her. Once I got to her, I grabbed her waist and held her. she struggled to get out of my grasp. Kicking her legs, flailling her arms. She wasn't the same person I saw 2 years ago. She wasn't the same person that I loved and still do care about. 

She fainted in my arms so I took her bck to my apartment. Layce was still in there on the couch with her arms crossed. 

"Who the hell is she?!" Layce asked with sas in her voice. 

"My ex-girlfriend." I was carrying her bridal style. Layce looks down at the sleeping girl in my arms. "I think you should go." 

"Um escuse you. I'm YOUR girlfriend."

"Yea. And this is my apartment. Leave or I'll call the cops." She stomps out of the room and out the door. 

I place Y/N on the couch. I have no clue what to do. She just layed there, cuddling a blanket that I got from Target. She hasn't changed the way she cuddles stuff in her sleep. I sigh. She's too cute. 

Going to my room, I look through my closet. Shit. I know I have it somewhere. 

I reach up to the highest shelf and find the box Y/N made for me before I left. She was always the highlight of my life. And I just left her alone. Pregnant. 

Opening up the box, there's a letter on the top. I open the letter:

Dear Gene,

     You probably don't remember me, depening on if you even open this box and letter. I just wanted to say I miss you. I've been having some trouble. With school, the pregnancy, and the roumars. Someone figured out that I was pregnant and ever since, I've had a shitty highschool.
Speaking of highschool, I'm a senior! Last year in this hell hole then I'm finally out. Oh, I'm also alpha female again. The first day of school next year, I have to come in and give a speach to the Werewolves. Ugh. 
Remember Ein? Yea, sorry to say this but I want you to know, he's my boyfriend. Sadly. He has something on me and if I didn't agree to date him, it will leave his mouth and spred like wildfire. 
I also plan on running away. My family doesn't talk to me. Even Zane. He just ignores me. I used to sit with Vlayd and his friends, but he doesn't want anything to do with me. Hope you write back.

I hear suffling, the door opens then closes. She knows I had her here. Guess that's the last time I'll ever see her again. 

I put the letter back and walk out to the living area. There was a letter on the counter. Not another one?

Hey guys! Sorry for the slow update. I've been trying. This was bad but hey. Atleast it's a new chapter. Work has been pileing up. I won't post till after may is over because school ends the 30th. I'm going to relax for about a few days then post. Signing off for a month.
