Chapter 6

Jimin's P.O.V.

"Shiro!" Me and Jungkook shouted as we tried to unlock the classroom door. I yelled in frustration as I couldn't get the door open.
"Jimin! Who is that guy?!" Jungkook exclaimed as I ran my fingers through my hair out of nerves.
"That. Is Kai. The worst person that you could ever meet. He's a vampire. And a cold hearted one for that matter. He'll hurt whoever he wants for his own pleasure. And I'm afraid he's set his sights on your sister." I explained to Jungkook, who went paler and paler as I went on, taking in the new information of the existence of vampires at his new school.
"This is all my fault." He uttered as he crouched to the ground, burying his face in his hands.

A few seconds later, Hoseok, Yoongi and Taehyung appeared.
"What's going on? We heard someone scream." Hoseok asked the both of us.
"Wait. You heard that from up on the roof?!" Jungkook exclaimed once again as he shot up like a deer in the headlights, whilst the rest of us just stared at him unimpresed.
"Well. Yeah. I do have excellent hearing." The red haired boy stated proudly posing in a prideful stance. Another scream was heard from inside the classroom, followed by a crash, bringing everyone back to reality.
"What the fuck is going on?!" Yoongi shouted at me and Jungkook, waiting for the answer to come out.
"It's Kai. He has Shiro locked in there. I think he's gonna drink from her!" I stated causing the others to gasp, well, except for Yoongi.
"Well no shit. He is one of your kind Jimin." He retorted. Jungkook turned to me, he looked as pale as a sheet.
"You're a vampire?!" He yelled in fear as he started to back away from me, but he ended up backing into Tae who caught him in his grasp.
"Yes. I am a vampire. But now is not the time to discuss who is what, we need to find a way to open this fucking door and help Shiro!" I rambled to the rabbit as he struggled against Tae's grip. Jungkook looked around at the four of us before he stopped struggling and hung his head down.
"I'm sorry. I-"
"Tae. You take Jungkook somewhere so he doesn't cause a stir. Me, Jimin and Yoongs will go in and retrieve Shiro. We'll let you know when we're ready for you." Hoseok instructed as he went into Beta mode, ordering the three of us around into a plan to help Shiro and defeat, or at least incapacitate Kai.
Taehyung had left with Jungkook just as Yoongi had blasted a gaping hole in the door to Mr. Shinobi's classroom. This is gonna be interesting.

Jungkook's P.O.V.

This is all my fault. How could I have left Shiro on her own, knowing how much danger she's in?! I'm supposed to be protecting her...yet I failed at that!
'I'm a useless brother.' I thought to myself as I struggled in Taehyung's grip. Being told that one of your dorm mates was a vampire would be a slow news day, but given the situation at hand, that was one piece of information that I didn't need right now.

Taehyung led me away from the others and into one of the school courtyards, thankfully there wasn't any students around so it was just the two of us.
The courtyard itself was quite large with tons of trees in explosions of yellow, orange and red scattered around the place, seeming to grow out of benches underneath them. I decided to step ahead of Taehyung and wrung my hands through my hair in an attempt to calm down and understand what was going on.
As I started to pace around, the ash blonde haired student came up to me and ushered me to sit down, his large hand encasing my smaller one.

"Jungkook. I understand what you're going through right now. But don't worry too much. Those three together won't hurt her. They will protect her from Kai." Taehyung explained to me whilst he comforted me by stroking the hand he held with his thumb and the other hand was stroking one of my ears. I know that it annoys me when strangers and Shiro do it, but this felt nice.
"It's not that. It's just...it's just that this is too much for me to handle, you know?!. The school, the students, you guys?! It's too much! I shouldn't have left her alone! I should've stayed with her!" I sobbed and cried my heart out as I poured out my sorrows to him, colliding into him for comfort. At first he tensed up, but then he relaxed and placed his arms around me, cradling me in the quiet quad.
