November Blues

Months and seasons passed and Jungkook has been happy with the way Taehyung treated him. He wasn't like his mother. Wasn't like his ex, wasn't like his father either. He was so happy that there was a person to finally go home with everyday after school. He loved the way Taehyung would hold him by the waist when Jungkook was feeling uncomfortable. This is why Jungkook started taking part time jobs since September. He wanted to get Taehyung the perfect birthday gift no matter what it took because December was coming soon. Jungkook had kept this a secret from Taehyung but he was hurting himself in the process. He would lie to Taehyung that he ate enough and that him going out every night was just to run some errands but Jungkook would take more than 4 hours to come back home and Taehyung was starting to get slightly suspicious. "Jungkook usually tells me everything... I wonder what's wrong.." Taehyung told his friend Eunwoo. "Well, I hate to break it to you but he might be cheating on you you know?" Eunwoo said with a sympathetic tone. Jungkook would never do that... He thought would he? But as September passed, Taehyung was slightly worried that Eunwoo's words might be true. Jungkook was barely even home anymore and he showed up at school just to leave as soon as he finished. Today, Taehyung was going to talk to him. To say he was angry was an understatement. What would Jungkook even say to him? What would his explanation even be? This made Taehyung fume even more as he grabbed his coat and ran back to the apartment just in time to catch Jungkook before he was about to leave.

"Jungkook come in for a minute I need to talk to you." Taehyung said with a stern voice as he gripped Jungkook's arm a little too tight for his liking. "W-what is it hyung?" Jungkook said slightly scared. "Don't fuck with me Jungkook you know what's wrong. Why are you always gone at nights? For more than 4 hours sometimes and avoiding me? what have you been doing?!" Taehyung said in an enraged tone. Jungkook had never thought about what Taehyung would think but it was too late anyways. Taehyung was yelling at him and Jungkook didn't like this one bit. "SO TELL ME WHAT YOU DID!! FUCKING COME UP WITH A GOOD EXPLANATION JEON JUNGKOOK!" Taehyung yelled as his breath was out of control. Jungkook just couldn't hold back his tears anymore. All he wanted was to find Taehyung a special gift and this was what he got. "I-i g-guess I-i deserve this..." He mumbled and Taehyung didn't fail to catch that but anger blinded him and he said "Leave. I don't want you here on my sight." He said in a tone so harsh it reminded Jungkook of his mother. Jungkook didn't say another word and left Taehyung alone. Taehyung ruffled his hair frustratingly and sat down on the couch not believing what he just did.

"Is Jungkook out of Taehyung's apartment yet?" Said a mysterious voice. "Yeah coast is clear you can have Taehyung all you want now." Another voice said. While all this was going on, Jungkook walked the streets alone not knowing where to go. He was about to lay down and sleep on the park bench until a voice said "Hey what're you doing there Jungkook?" Jungkook was shocked before he recognised who it was. Yugyeom... They had been friends at the bar Jungkook currently works at. "Oh it's nothing you need to worry about." Jungkook tried to say without his voice breaking but Yugyeom noticed and said "Wanna stay at my place tonight?" He said but Jungkook didn't want to betray Taehyung. He loved him so so much. But before he could think anything else, his vision became blurry and the last thing he heard was Yugyeom calling his name. Hours passed by and Yugyeom got worried about Jungkook. He didn't wake up and he debated on whether he should call the hospital. But luckily, Jungkook woke up feeling slightly dazed. He called out Taehyung's name only to find himself in an unfamiliar place. Yugyeom immediately rushed to his side and said "You haven't been eating enough have you? Are you still planning on buying your boyfriend that watch?" He said. Jungkook only nodded and said nothing more. Yugyeom prepared some hot soup for him and Jungkook ate it like he never ate anything ever in his life and that was enough for Yugyeom to get back up on his feet. He grabbed his coat and told Jungkook he was going out but Jungkook asked "Where to Yugyeom?" And Yugyeom replied with "An unfinished business I have to take care of for a second. My suspicions just can't seem to calm itself Jungkook. Your boyfriend might have been misinformed about this situation and I can't watch you being like this any longer."

"No Yugyeom don't. It'll only make him angrier." Jungkook said as he remembered the way Taehyung had asked him to get out of his sight. "No Jungkook I am not leaving you in this condition. Your boyfriend needs to know okay? I won't accept any other answer." Yugyeom said sternly as he headed out. But before that, Jungkook said, "Don't tell him about the gift please I want it to be a surprise." Yugyeom chuckled and said "You're too much of an angel you know that?" And with that, Yugyeom walked angrily towards Taehyung's apartment only to spot another male knocking on Taehyung's door. Yugyeom recognised him and he decided to hide for a bit to figure out what was actually going on. When Taehyung opened the door, he was expecting to see his bunny. Not Eunwoo. But he told himself what's the use anyways? Jungkook cheated on him after all. "Taehyung I'm so sorry you had to get through with that man Jungkook. He's just no good for anybody. You know that now right?" Eunwoo said in a sad tone but he soon changed it into a seductive tone by saying "You wanna sleep it off with me? I can fulfil your fantasies you know." Eunwoo said as he leaned in on Taehyung's chest. "Get out of here Eunwoo I don't want you here." Taehyung said flatly but Eunwoo stopped him as Taehyung was about to close the door. He said "I've been your friend for 7 years now and you know I have feelings for you but why do you always go to Jungkook huh? What's so special about him anyways? He's just a trash behind that stupid mask of his." Eunwoo said with venom laced in his voice. Yugyeom had enough and decided it was time to step out. "YOU DON'T GET TO SAY THAT ABOUT JUNGKOOK YOU MOTHERFUCKING BITCH!" Yugyeom then proceeded to punch Eunwoo to the floor. This brought shock to Taehyung but he was brought back to reality when Yugyeom grabbed him by the collar and said "I need to talk to you you son of a bitch so you better listen to me Kim Taehyung."
