Be Careful What You Read (Stray Kids & GOT7)

Prompt: In which a certain member reads a book which little did the know would change their lives, forever.

"BABY CHAAAANGBIN." Felix shouts as the older male entered the kitchen, causing everyone to laugh. Changbin woke up annoyed as his Australian roommate decided to be extra noisy before going to eat breakfast.

"Yah! I'm older than you!" Changbin replies loudly, grabbing a banana milk from the fridge.

"Hey those are mine!" Woojin pouts as yet, his last banana milk was taken.

"Well since I'm a baby, I gotta drink my milk." Changbin makes a snarky retort, causing some "ooooh's".

"What's up with you today Hyung? Was a certain someone too noisy?" Jisung teases, which then Felix began to snicker.

Changbin decided that he had enough for today, he abruptly stands up and heads to his room. He slams the door out of anger, causing the youngest to jump. Hyunjin let out a long whistle, while Seungmin rolled his eyes at his Hyung's childish behaviour.

"Ummm hyungs? Is Changbin Hyung okay?" Jeongin asks, taking a bite of his sweet and fluffy pancakes.

"Does he look like he's okay?" Seungmin snaps, earning a smack from Chan.

"That was NOT necessary." The leader scolded the main vocalist, who slightly rolled his eyes.

"He'll get over it, he's just in one of those moods." Felix replies, ruffling the maknae's hair.

Changbin huffed as he re-listened to the song once again. Having offkey vocals and mismatched harmonies were his biggest pet peeves, which made him take hours and hours to fix.

Knock, Knock.

"Come in!" Changbin shouts.

The door opens to reveal no other than Hyunjin, who was holding a heavy object in his hands. "Mind if I stay here? The maknae line decided to have a party in our room and I can't read with their loudness."

He lets out a sad chuckle, which made Changbin sigh. Of course Seungmin would decide to party with Felix and Jeongin.

"It's no problem, but unfortunately I'm busy so I won't be able to pay much attention to you." Changbin adds before putting on his head phones.

As he began to work, he couldn't help but notice that the book wasn't just a hard cover novel from a mediocre author, or even the best selling saga like Harry Potter. It was rather big, almost as big as a textbook. The book was a dark oak colour that had inscriptions of Latin writing, a red jewel encased in the middle which Changbin swore that he saw it glow.

"Ummm Hyunjin, I'll be back okay? I'm just gonna get something to drink." He informed the younger male who only nodded in response, too focused on the book.

"You guys have any idea where Hyunjin found that book he's reading?" Changbin asks the the three oldest males.

"I saw him go up to the attic, and retrieve a big oak book with a red gem.....oh no...." Woojin stopped, a panicked look was plastered on his face.

"HYUNJIN!"

Woojin noticed that the younger male was watching the others from a distance. But his eyes weren't his original chocolate brown, but black with red pupils. His teeth were no longer formed in a happy smile, but razor sharp that a piraña would be jealous. His black hair was all over the place, looking like it hasn't been combed.

"CHANGBIN WA-"

But it was too late for Hyunjin had already lunged for the older male, causing them to stumble onto the floor. The older rapper screams in pain as he feels something enter his mind, shoving Hyunjin off him.

He began to struggle and spasm for a few seconds before opening his eyes, revealing his eyes to be the same as Hyunjin's. He cackles loudly, earning a smirk from the other male. They both turn toward the oldest, who backs up in fear.

"What's the matter Woojin?! Scared?!" Changbin growls.

"Hey guys are you oka- OH MY GOD!" Felix screams, running away with Jeongin and Jisung.

Woojin then feels a pain in his head, then he goes numb. His eyes turned black within a blink and the three of them launched at the fearful bandmates. All you could hear were their screams as the door was slammed closed.
