Quack off (16)

I have been dared to swear at my dear friend, Chiron. Hopefully this is the last dare Keira will be giving me. She said it's the replacement dare for stabbing all the trees so I guess it is.

Before it happened, I was sitting at the Apollo bench, eating my "bagel" and sipping my water. Even though they are not as good as nectar and ambrosia. I must say, bagels are very tasty!

Kayla looked up at me curiously, as if me eating a bagel was perhaps the most strangest thing in the world.
'You look tense,' she noted. 'That's never a good sign.'

She was correct. Why do these sorts of things always have to be correct?
This caused me to choke on my bagel (yes I was that surprised). 'H-how do I look tense? I'm simply drinking and eating this masterpiece!'

'Dad-'

'Hello children, Apollo. How are you all today?' Chiron interrupted.

Several hellos and replies to Chiron's question echoed throughout the hall. I carefully put my bagel down and stood up, causing my chair to tip over.
This also caused the room to quieten down a little bit, much to my embarrassment.

'Chiron?' I asked, slowly putting the chair back into place.

'Yes?' He replied.

'Fuck off.'
