Sounds fun. Terrifying mostly. Why do you wish pain upon me, wise child of Athena?
.
The birds were chirping, green, lush grass filled the fields of which I stood on. It was the perfect day to step on glass. "Jokes on you, Annabeth! I'm in my God form," muttering this, I splatter pieces of sharp, harmful glass that would probably tickle my feet.
Of course I would pick them all up afterwards, as to not harm whoever took care of the neatly trimmed grass, but for now i would step on the shiny things. Taking the first step, I was brave! I totally didn't flinch! Turns out it does hurt, but it's more like those prickles that humanity wishes hate on so much. I proceeded to place my weight on the glass shards, this was fine.
This was fine.
I wondered what God was looking, watching me from above or underneath. I put on a face of pride, more pride than the situation required. I, perhaps, appeared to seem insane. Just so you all know! I am not.
After some pain, pride, and pain, I hopped off and wished away the little pieces of junk. My feet were not harmed, but they did seem numb. Just a bit. Why I do this, I do not know.
.
It is a small bit of writing, but I did the dare. I must thank you again.
