When my eyes witness the blooming of your petals

I feel a rush of rejuvenation in my soul

They find you beautiful of course, but I find you different and special

Because I love you so much, I will let you stay and grow

I learn from your struggles to reach up to the sun

And as you breathe, you purify me and this planet

Watching you bloom and blush

Makes me realize how beautiful you are...

And how gifted you are... By the heavens above.. Watching you please others...

But you didn't please me... You touched my heart..

And it feels like a moment of bliss ♥️

It's so fascinating to know that Morten loved Orchids ever since he was a young boy. The fact that he has unusual but interesting hobbies makes me more curious about his personal perspectives.

Q: How did you become interested in orchids?

Morten: I fell in love with orchids almost before I saw one because I sensed the sort of - what would you call it -the aura around them when I heard about them and read about them so I just had to find one and find out what they really looked like.

Simple people fall in love with different things really, different people as well and that's what it is really - I love orchids. I think we have about 33 species in Norway, but you have them in almost every country in the world .
