My head was dripping in sweat

My hands were shaky

My fingers couldn't stand the shivering anymore

And gave it up , on the grip of my pen

100 messages on my phone

The vibration was never scarier

"Deadline is nearing!" It screamed in horror

And the movement of my hands were never faster

Than ever.

The papers scattered everywhere

As chaotic as my brain

My hands moved frantically

Here and there for the necessary one - that vanished when i really needed it

My heart was pounding in fear

My throat was being choked

I felt , i was being smothered - and out of breath

The bad chills attacked my spine

"Baby!" a voice came , as the door opened

Morten gasped as he saw me shake with anxiety

He ran forward to see me struggle

With the panic attack

He held me close and carried me up

He turned off the lights by pressing his head on the switches

He took me out of the house and into his garden

And placed me on the bench

"Breathe" He said

As he gently rubbed my back

I whimpered in response

Struggling with bullets of anxiety

" Breathe in. slowly" he assured

Forget about everything else

The air is cool and you are out of this room

You are not being attacked by the papers - He said

My lungs were stubborn , but yet it listened to him

I took a deep breath in - and the world fell silent

The smell of Orchids dominated my nostrils

The coolness of my air - evaporated the sweat on my skin

"Breathe out. Slowly" He said

Put out everything that attacked you

Overloaded Information , fear and horror

It was going away in thin air

"Breathe. Live in the moment" He said

Feel the softness of my hand

Your pulse and the surroundings around you

Calm and peaceful within and out

"I'm trying" i gasped

My head collapsed onto his shoulder

His hands wrapped me in natural reflex

My body on his body

"maybe you'll breathe after i do this" He whispered

And placed his soft lips on mine

A kiss - a calming kiss that made me aware

About the rhythm of our bodies - and the solace within

He went deep within

As he stroked my cheeks

I was floating - i felt nothing but affection

My body chimed as the burdens began to wear off

He broke his kiss in the need of air

He smiled as he felt my heart beat calm down

His small bedroom locked on mine as he said

"Do you feel better yet?"
