Transformation from a cute beau to a Norwegian hunk.

East Of The Sun , Cold River, Memorial Beach , How Sweet It Was, Natten, East Timor and Himmelsk Danser were infact the tracks I could hear in my head - everytime I think about Morten in 1990s.

And somewhat later, in the middle of the decade he has gone into an age limbo where he suddenly stopped growing older. I have no idea how he did that but that was insanely cool.

He was starting to garnish himself in the rugged vibe of maturity and flamboyance. Yet, being super humble about it. From his celebrated falsetto, his voice went deeper and huskier and moreover, bolder in spirit. (With occasional growls)

In terms of his talents, He was much more diverse than we know. Then came the Native American jewellery ( designed by his brother Kjetil) embracing his neck ,and pink teddy bear bands (I'm pretty sure it belonged to one of his kids) decorating his Viking pigtails. His hair has grown so much , to a point that he looked insanely beautiful ( which was strangely debatable to some of his fans who were more inclined to his mullet in the 80s).

Perhaps it's the beauty that only a few or atleast some of the fans could admire because they recognised it or moreover accepted the change of his image.

Morten's bandana was perhaps one of the most adorable fashion equipments. It really suited him. Pigtails, Pony , Bandana and L'Oreal Paris were some of the outfits worn by Morten's hair. That's far more impressive than a pretentious fashion show lol.

He wasn't a wannabe, he was indeed uplifting his own identity to the fullest.

He became much more bolder in his entire outlook , as perceived by Just Loomis' photograph of him shaving in front of the mirror. No, I'm not going to talk about my arousal because it's inappropriate.

This was also the decade he has perhaps worn the strangest outfits we have ever seen. From a neon green t-shirt, extremely weird sunglasses that my brother wore when he was a kid , fish net tank top , white pants and checkerboard pants.

However, some of his outfits, notably the ones he wore while invading South America with the rest of a-ha. Damn, what on Earth was he wearing? I don't think I would stay sane ,the moment I would see him wearing those outfits, in front on my naked eyes.

He killed it, in a good way. Those beautiful Spandex shorts, the recurrent waist coats boldly revealing his chest (because of the humidity of course or is it?) His outfits have intertwined with the atmosphere of the concerts in such a way that , everytime I see him in spandex shorts for example, I can hear the ambience of Rock In Rio, the energy of the audience and that historic moment where a-ha shooketh the entire world by creating a world record.

It's interesting to see that so much of his confidence to express himself and his fearlessness is exemplified in his fashion.

Morten Harket was dressed to kill.
