The next day, San woke up feeling alright. He seemed to have no bad signs of the last night, but when he tried to stand up from his bed, the whole room turned. His head started to ache. Did he drink that much alcohol yesterday? Or did someone put drugs into his drink?Because of the dark, San couldn't make out if Yunho was in his bed, so he decided to turn on the lights. He immediately regretted his decision. The sudden brightness hurt his eyes and his headache got even worse. After a while, San got used to the lightning and looked around.
Yunho was not there, but San was greeted by a unpleasant sight.
The room was a complete mess. Well, actually it never was really tidy, but right now the state of their room surpassed every level of messiness they every reached. T-shirts were all over the place, Yunho's boxers hung on his bedpost and school books lay opened on their tables. The room looked like the god Seth had created a storm in here and every single item was carried away by it.
San sighed. They definitely needed to clean the room before someone would visit them. They'd think a bomb went off in here.
But well- he wouldn't clean up now. That could wait until tomorrow. Or the day after tomorrow. Or like never?
"Yo, bro. Where were you?", Mingi came rushing in - well now it already was too late, someone saw their mess, "do you have a hangover and overslept?" It was that moment, San realized he didn't even look at the clock. When he did, it said 1:43 pm.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck! Is it seriously 1:43 pm?!" He did oversleep, he did have a hangover and he also missed a whole freaking day of school. Whyyy?!
What would the teachers think?Last night was too much for San. He never drank alcohol before and then tippled down glass after glass like there was no tomorrow. And well, the mysterious boy was partly responsible for his current state.
Mingi snapped his fingers infront of San's face which made San jerk. Gosh, he definitely should go to the teachers and apologize.
"Hey, San?! I told your teachers that you're ill, so don't worry. By the way, Yunho and Jongho went to the city. I think they wanted to watch this movie that came out recently", Mingi snapped him out of his deep deep thoughts.
"Well I guess they'll have fun!", San answered.
Mingi looked at him in a strange way, but laughed, too.Suddenly there was a knock at the door, San opend the door and was a bit surprised.
Infront of him stood Seonghwa, he didn't expect the boy to come to their room since on school afternoons he always stayed in the library and studied.
"Ehm, I wanted to ask if you want to come to the library. We are chilling there, some are studying, others-", Seonghwa looked at San, "- well others not, but still it'd be great if you would join us."
Seonghwa's black hair was messy, his cheeks a bit reddened as if he just met someone he reeeally liked. San just needed to smile. He looked so adorable.
Mingi and San exchanged looks and finally agreed on joining Seonghwa and his friends from class. San was curious who they'd be since he didn't see Seonghwa hang out with other people than with their group.
San collected a few things from his room, then went to the library together with his boys. There were surprisingly many tables occupied by students of his school. He never thought there'd be that many studying in the library since he himself couldn't concentrate down here.
In the far back he could see Wooyoung sitting with his friends Yeosang and Hongjoong. There were a few chairs free, probably the rest of their friends didn't want to come to a place like this.
Seonghwa headed towards the exact same table where Wooyoung sat. Did they study together? Why would they...
Yeah whatever. He didn't care. Or did he?
Noo, not really. When they arrived, they greeted eachother warily, Seonghwa settled down next to Yeosang while Mingi shyly took the chair next to Hongjoong.
Awesome. Now the only free one was next to Wooyoung. San sighed. He realized that he sighed pretty often the last few days. Was his life that hard? No probably not. But still he enjoyed sighing.
The greenish haired boy placed his laptop on the table, sat down and opened it without even looking to Wooyoung.
Yes, again he was acting strange around Wooyoung.
San hummed and searched for the drama he was watching recently. He loved watching them although everything was quite unrealistic.Still, San sometimes caught himself daydreaming. Daydreaming about things he saw in the dramas. Things he knew never would happen in his own life. He'd imagine having a boyfriend who would look at him like Jeong Joonhyung looked at Kim Bok Joo. A boyfriend who loved him as much as Ahn Minhyuk loved Do Bong-soon. He always imagined his boyfriend being open to the world. Obviously not a homiphobic, a racist or sexist. Somebody who supported minorities. Somebody who supported him, San truly wanted someone like that.
However, it was not that easy to find a boy like that.In his deep day dream he heared a pling. A message on someone's phone.
"San, don't you want to look who texted you?", a hushed voice asked him, in thoughts he nodded and took his phone from the table.
Without looking on the screen, he opened the messenger app and tapped on the chat at the top. Then he realized who messaged him. Or should he rather say, he didn't recognize the person.
A certain Hyunjae texted him.
