---Julia's POV---
"You're allowing what?!" I shouted at the director. Next to me was Kosaka Yuna. She managed to slip past me and go straight to the director requesting to enter the Love Live! competition.

"I think you heard me clearly Lobov-san." Sensi Minami stated. "Clearly, Yuna is doing this as a tribute to her mother. To that, I must allow. Kosaka Honoka did start the group that saved the school. The school, may I remind you, you represent."

"May I also remind you starting an idol group is ridicules?" I asked. "Wasn't µ's more than enough?" Yuna raised her eyebrow.

"School idols are still popular," Yuna stated. "Even after all these years. In fact, it was µ's who made that path. They have even become popular in the Americas recently."

"Must I remind you that we are a school of acidemics?" I asked.

"We are." The director stated. "However, we are also a school with a reputation of having quite the music program. So my decision is final. Otonokizaka High will be entering the Love Live! competition for the first time in 20 years."

"But-!" I began to shout before I was cut off.

"Both of you are dismissed." The director stated. Both Yuna and I walked out.

"Just because you're my Aunt Yukiho's niece," I said to Yuna. "Doesn't mean I will go easy. You better win the Love Live! competition for the sake of Otonokizaka." I walked over to Hissa, who was doing a tarrot card reading for another student.

"According to this reading," Hissa stated. "You will be breaking out of your comfort zone this month."

"Thanks Hissa." The student said. The two of them got off the floor and the student skipped off. Hissa grabbed a card and flipped it. She smiled.

"What?" I asked. I am not usually intrested in the cards, but today, I was curious.

"Looks like the nine daughters of µ's will be united." Hissa stated. My Aunt Nozomi and my Aunt Nico are two out of nine, Kosaka Honoka, Sondra Umi, and Minami Katori are another three. Dr. Nishikino and Lt. Hoshizora are another two. And Aunt Nico's business partner is an eighth one. However, I never knew who the last member was. I wonder if mother knows. I began walking next to Hissa.

"What do you think about parfaits after school?" I asked.

"Sure." Hissa replied.

"Great." I said. "See you later." I walked off to the student council room. I looked up at the wall of past presidents. Mother was amoung them. I looked up at the wall and smiled. I love being the fourth generation to attend this school. It makes me feel like I'm part of a legacy.

"Good evening Julia." My vice president, Ren Koizumi, said. I looked over at her and sighed.

"Good evening." I said. "A few students are going to be on my nerves this year. Kosaka Yuna, Sondra Rio, and Minami Akari have decided to start an idol group here at the school."

"So?" Ren asked. "What's wrong with that?"

"It will ruin our reputation." I stated. Suddenly, my cell phone rang. I pulled it put of my pocket. It was mother. I answered.

"Hello mother." I said.

"Hey," Mother said. "I heard from Katori about your claim against µ's. There is something I need to tell you when you get home."

---Eli's POV---
"Your daughter said that starting an idol group is ridicules." Katori said. "Then proceeded to ask if µ's was more than enough." I sighed. I kept my past a secret from Julia. I didn't want her to look at me as a celebrity. I wanted her to look at me like I'm her mom. Before her, I suffered two miscarriages. All as painful as the last. When I was pregnant with Julia, I feared I would miscarry her too. Thankfully, the gods were on my side and I had my beautiful baby girl.

~Flashback, October 2021~
"Everything will be okay Eli." Honoka said. "I promise." Honoka was just as nervous as I was. I can tell. Honoka and her husband, Odalis, have been trying for six months now.  I was worried for both the baby I am now carrying and Honoka. I have already miscarried last year and about six months ago. If I miscarry this baby, Abram and I are just going to adopt. I am worried for Honaka because of how much she wanted a baby of her own. That is all she wanted.

"I am terrified." I said. "I don't want my heart broken a third time." I heard a small scream from the room next door.

"Was that Hanayo?" Honoka asked. According to Nico, Hanayo was sick lately. Suddenly, I received a text. So did Honoka.

"Help! Help!" Hanayo's text cried. "It's an emergency!"

"Meeting at the near by cafe?" Honoka asked.

"Guess so." I said. Hanayo peaked through the curtains.

"Oh no." Hanayo whimperered. "You heard my scream."

"We did." Honoka said. Suddenly, Dr. Nishikino, Maki's dad, walked into the room.

"Good news Ms. Ayase." Dr. Nishikino said. "You have a healthy baby. No risk of a miscarriage this time. I will check up on you in a month. November 15th okay?"

"Yeah." I said. I was holding tears at that point. Dr. Nishikino bowed and walked out. I began sobbing at that point.

"I don't think the baby should know about you being an idol." Honoka said.

"What?" I asked. "Why?"

"Your baby should look at you like their mom." Honoka replied. "Not the way the rest of the world does."

"As a member of µ's." I mumbled. I don't want my child to be used by other children's parents just because I was Eli Ayase of µ's. I sighed.

"You're right." I said. "It is better for this baby not to know about µ's."

~Present Day~
Julia walked through the door. The look on her face looked a lot like mine when I was angry or upset. She has my husband's emerald green eyes and my blonde hair. I looked at my daughter and sighed.

"Julia?" I asked. "What's wrong?"

"Otonokizaka High is getting a new school idol group." Julia stated. Her tone of voice was cold. She's a lot like me before µ's.

"They are?" I asked.

"Yes indeed." Julia stated. "The director allowed Kosaka Yuna, daughter of the late Kosaka Honoka, to enter the idol competition. It will ruin our reputation." I sighed.

"We did great 25 years ago." I stated.

"Maybe I can gather µ's mysterious 9th member and have her convince the school to back out." Julia snarled. Did I raise a villain?

"Julia," I said. "The 9th member was me. And I agree with the director. Yuna just wanted to fulfil her mother's legacy."

"What?!" Julia thundered. "You're the mysterious 9th member of µ's?! And you waited till now to tell me?!"

"Yes." I said. "And for a good reason. If you knew the truth and told everybody in your primary school, the other kids parents would of used you to get to me, and probably the rest of us." Julia gave me the stink eye.

"How could you?" Julia asked. She stormed up to her room. I sighed and sat down.

I was trying to protect you from getting hurt.
