"Get out of my face!" I snapped to one of my servents who was rambling on about something. I wasn't in a happy mood. Dagger had managed to injure me and then escape.

After she left last night I had went to my bathroom and patched up the cut. It hurt but it had to be done. I just hope I can make her hurt more than she hurt me.

I sighed as I slammed my bedroom door. They know better to disturb me when I'm in here, especially when I'm mad.

Yes, I'm grateful that she killed my father but I still want her dead. She escaped my clutches. I had her in my grasp and I let her slip away! I failed!

I knew there was someone in the castle last night but if I realized it was Dagger sooner then I would've been more careful and forceful. Why did I have to mock her!? I could've done that when she was chained to my dungeon floor!

I huffed as I paced in my bedroom. If she tries another attack tonight then I better be prepared. She might try to strike again... She seems pretty resilient.

Three knocks on my door get my attention.
"What!?" I sneered. I was already mad so why would somebody dare frustrate me any further.
"Sorry to bother you Your Highness, but we have some guests." Keith, my butler told me. I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath.

After a long silence I finally asked, "Who is it??" I heard Keith take in an unsteady breath.
"Well, um sir..." He started. I could tell he was probably nervous to tell me but I was becoming impatient with him.
"Hurry up!" I shouted before attempting to calm myself down.
"It's the King and Queen of Arati," Keith speaks. My anger is turned into confusion at the mention of them.
"Why are they here unannounced?" I ask through my door as I adjust myself in my mirror.

After placing my crown back on my head, I open the door. Keith backs up to give me room to walk.
"I'm not sure, Your Highness. They showed up and requested your presence immediately." He speaks.

The King and Queen of Arati. King Enzo and Queen Delaney. The Kingdom of Arati is where everything comes from. They're the first people to invent new things. The Kingdom is on a Nuetral bases with everyone else because they're the Trading Town.

I walk down the cascading stairs and into the throne room where King Enzo and Queen Delaney stood. They greet me, coming over.

"Princ- Oh, King now. King Jae." Enzo says with a smile.
"We haven't seen you in such a long time." Delaney politely speaks. Her smile was soft, showing the kindness she had in her.
"What a pleasant suprise." I say. I stared at them, annoyed with the two.
"You showed up without alerting me first." I tell them.
"We just had to congratulate you in person, and well... Of course tell you that we're sorry for the loss of the great King Sala." Enzo says.
"Thank you, King Enzo. It's wonderful to see you too. You, as well, Queen." I tell them.

I ended up leading them to a room where we conversed at.
"Please, take a seat. You two must be tired from your travels." I says. They give a smile and sit. I sit across from them.

"How does it feel to finally have an entire Kingdom under your command?" Enzo asks. I look around before replying.
"Powerful." He simply reply. He chuckles and nods.
"Just like your father." He says. Delaney was about to speak before I cut her off.
"Why are you really here?" I ask.
"Just here to congratulate, Jae." Delaney says.
"King. King Jaecar." I quickly correct.
"Right. I'm sorry." She responds.

"We need help." Enzo says, glancing at his wife. He avoids eye contact with me.
"What kind of assistance?" I ask.
"Money. We're low and some of our specialist require more money for their project." He says.
"What will my kingdom get in return?"
"You'll be the first to get in on the project. It's an item that will help you on war."
"How powerful is it?"
"It would guarantee your win in a battle."
"How much money?"
"Well... That's the problem. I have no idea how much it will end up to be."

The conversation went much like that for the rest of the time. We discussed prices, landing on what they will recieve every month until they finish the final product. In return, I will be able to try out and get the product for free.

Irritation rose the more their visit extended. I finally was able to excuse myself, having servants show our guests to their room.

I walk to my room to relax myself. I stop at my door, hearing something out of place. I turn around to the stairs. My gaze wonders all over, scanning the area.

"It's nothing. You're just paranoid." I mumble, entering my room.

After a few minutes pass, my paranoia gets the best of me. I grab my weapons and walk to the throne room, beginning my search. I hear noises coming from the hall of the dungeon.

"Dagger." I sneer under my breath. I use the back way, hoping to cut off the lady.
