Yeah, this one is a heated class debate. Btw I'm not American so if I get something wrong, please tell me nicely in the comments (I'm all for constructive criticism).
3rd person.
Peter was sitting bored in humanities class. Ned was sick, and MJ had her nose in a book so wasn't planning on having a conversation with him.
"Alright class, we're starting a new topic of Racism. Can anybody tell me of any groups of people that were racist in the past?" The teacher, Mrs Avely, asked.
"The KKK!" Flash shouted eagerly. Mrs Avely nodded.
"The US government." Everyone turned, expecting to see MJ, but it was Peter who had said it.
"And why is that Peter?" Mrs Avely said.
"Well, they basically encouraged slavery, or didn't do anything to stop it. And after slavery, they didn't do anything about the KKK and arrested any black people that tried to stand up for their rights. So basically, the US government was a racist group until recently." Even MJ looked at him shocked.
"What? Why are you all looking at me like that? I just backed up my point?" Peter was now severely confused.
Little did he know, the footage of his little rant about racism was videoed and sent to the Avengers by MJ.
