Bonding Time

Recap:

With tears streaming down my face I slowly detached myself from him and looked over at Cole who was actually smiling for once. He opened his arms to hug me and I walked forward into his warm embrace still crying. Mopping up my tears I decide to ask something that's been bothering me as of a thought that just occurred "How long have you been looking for me or haven't you?"

"Too long." he lets out a sigh

Alex pipes in "At least 6 years Amelia but we couldn't find you anywhere we started to get hopeless but he never gave up." Pointing a finger in JJ's direction.

now:

"How about we all go out for breakfast tomorrow morning to celebrate." Cole suggests looking directly at me and then JJ almost looking for approval but also at the same time daring him to object reminding me of just how powerful and scary Cole really is no matter how sweet and soft he can be to me sometimes.

"Sounds good." Jace replies pretty much in sync with Jack replying

"I'm in."

"Mmmhhhh foooooood." Bet you can guess who said that but just to be clear it was Alex. I mean who else would it be really come on if you didn't get that who are you.

They all turned to me, Alex with imploring eyes so I cast my eyes downwards. Realisation hit me that I hadn't replied yet so I nodded in reply still too shaken up over the revelation to actually speak.

Moments pass where we all stand in silence waiting for someone to say something before I pluck up the courage to ask.

"C-can we hang out J-Jj?"

"Course we can Little Letty. What do you want to do?"

"C-can we watch The f-fast and th-the furious and m-maybe the o-other ones as w-well p-please?"

I never did get to watch the series as a kid and they still seem so good to me so i may as well start with the first one with the possibility of more of them if they are good.

(A/N this is like my favourite flim series of all time)

At this Alex pipes up "Yessssss can we watch all of them?"

I thought there was only like 3 of them, raising my eyes slightly to look at Alex who looks like a little kid that's been told that Christmas came early with a completely bewildered expression I ask.

"Is t-there not o-only like t-three f-films of t-them ?"

"Yes there's more than one there's like 8 movies." Alex got out with a gobsmacked expression "My poor baby" he says with a hand on his heart clearly referring to my lack of knowledge on how many films there are however Cole's voice cuts across Alex's excitement saving me anymore embarrassment.

"No we can't watch all of them but we can watch one or two of them if you would like Baby girl."

"Y-yes please c-can we w-watch th-them right now?"

"Yesssssssss Coleeeeee pleaseeeee can we watch one please, please, please?" Of course Alex pipes in with his imploring puppy dog eyes.

"Jack what do you think one or two?"
Cole says with a thoughtful expression on his face seeming to be genuinely considering if we should watch them or not and how many we should watch.

"Let's see how we go with one first and see how tired she is after it then maybe two but definately no more that two. And Alex you can watch as many as you like after shes gone to bed fuck watch all if them for all i care but you better not spoil it for her because shes never seen any of them before and they mean a lot to her, to us both despite that minor thing of bot having seen them before."

"Sounds good." Cole says before directing his attention towards Alex he says "Right you get the film loaded up I think we have it on DVD somewhere."

Being given a job to do Alex bounces into the lounge and turns on the TV whilst the rest of them disappear like a lighting flash to get what I'm assuming will be popcorn and blankets so we can start the film. I stay routed in my spot not sure what to do to help or if they really need me to help.

"Em are you coming in here or what?" Alex's calls in from the lounge sounding very puzzled about something.

Deciding I should probably venture across into their lounge I start to make my way into the lounge putting one foot in front of the other carefully so I don't embarrass myself on the very nice polished wooden floor but also because this floor would definitely be painful to land on and I'm not sure my body could take the impact with everything else getting so caught up in just taking steps I completely miss Alex who came to see if I was coming in or not and walk straight into him.

Well done em you did the one thing we were trying not to do.

"Woah there Em do we need to get you some Alex detector glasses or something you always seem to run into me."

"E-Err n-no it's o-okay. S-sorry." My stuttering becoming uncontrollable due to my embarrassment.

"I think we should, oh and they can beep every time i'm near you so you can't bump into me."

A deep laugh chorused from behind me making my cheeks blush crimson from the embarrassment of being caught as well.

"Why do the pair of you always end up running into each other when we're not around." By the sound of his voice I know already its Cole."Come on Baby girl lets sit down so we can start the film"

"O-okay."

"Alex go get the other guys will you so we can start the film otherwise it will be too late to watch them both tonight."

"Yes Cole."

Alex stands to attention and jokingly salutes before he makes a mad dash out of the room to go yet Jack and Jace. A few minutes later all three of them return with popcorn and fluffy blankets,lots of them, and a bowl of popcorn between 2. Handing out a blanket to each of us then finally settling down on the sofas.

I flinch as i feel a hand slip round my waist gently pulling me closer towards a body but even when I flinch the hand just stays there eventually Cole wraps an arm round me properly lifting me closer to him and the film starts i know i'm going to love this film I've waited my whole life to see it i just really hope it's as good as everyone says it is.

Time skip to after the film:

Wow that was the best film I've seen in a long time or ever.

Rubbing my eyes roughly trying to stay awake I sit up from my curled up position next to Cole who's already watching me at some point in the film we went from sitting to lying down me on top of him.

"I think that's enough for tonight I don't think you could handle anymore with out those eyes of yours closing." Cole says.

Nodding and slumping back on the sofa deciding that I'm too tired to walk I curl back into Cole. All the boys laugh and stand up to leave and go up to their rooms.

Cole scoops me up obviously realising that I'm not going to walk anywhere tonight leaving the mess behind him as we leave the room and venture to the bottom of the stair before I realise what we didn't do.

"C-cole?" I whispered out to him he based down at me pausing at the bottom of the stairs listening to what I say with a gentle smile in his face.

"W-we f-forgot t-to t-turn off the TV"

"Oh yes well remembered Baby girl lets go and turn it off."

Returning to the lounge to turn off the tv quickly then speeding up the stairs to his room the boys obviously already have rooms at his house because they didn't ask anything about where they are staying for the night.

Cole and I settled into his bed being too tired to think about anything else for the first time in a long time quite happy with my life.

I knoow I'm sorry its been waaayyyy wayyy wayyyyyyyyyyy too long and I'm so sorry guys but after recovering from a rough patch in my year I struggled to keep writing but hopefully will be back at it very soon already got a new chapter going x
