YOUR POV

I linked my arm in Sophia's as we walked alongside the sand toward the big flashy sign, indicating our destination - Sugar. The boys followed closely behind, Finn dressed in leather and Stripes as a mesh top and pink skirt hugged my own body.

"I can't believe this is my life" the girl beside me marveled as the boys caught up, also standing wide eyed in front of the building, the music pumped louder as we walked closer and when we stopped in front of the bodyguard I caught wind of multi...

"I can't believe this is my life" the girl beside me marveled as the boys caught up, also standing wide eyed in front of the building, the music pumped louder as we walked closer and when we stopped in front of the bodyguard I caught wind of multiple voices cheering and laughing from inside.

"good evening" The guard hardly smiled as he spoke such a friendly greeting "hey there" I beamed and handed over our passes, in hope of making him happier "have a good night Miss Y/L/N and friends" he used the same monotone as before as I swallowed the growing lump in my throat and lead my friend through the entrance.

Margaritas, Music, Migraines and Madness. All the symptoms and aspects that came with the oh so daring sport of clubbing on a Sunday night. I felt an instant wave of overwhelming anxiety, and not the adrenaline type - the uncomfortable type but I pushed it down as Wyatt and Jack rushed passed me - straight toward the bar.

"come on Y/N/N, i thought you loved this song?" Sophia jeered as she took my hand, snapping me out of my hazy state, the beat and familiar lyrics of (Your Favourite Song) completed the atmosphere, and just like that we held the perfect soundtrack to a carefree weekend with a group of friends. Except I didn't feel carefree? I felt exposed? Trapped? Overwhelmed?

"who's stupid idea was it to go clubbing?" I said to no one in particular "what!?" Sophia screamed over the boosted bass "nothing!" I yelled back making the girl smile again, pumping her arms into the air.

I glanced over to the Bar where Finn was now sitting awkwardly next to Jack and Wyatt who were downing shot after shot, I rolled my eyes before my gaze travelled around the room and set upon a group of men sitting formally on the velvet couches in the corner while a stunning woman in a red bodycon dress paraded around with a tray of cocktails

Sophia caught me staring at the business men and snorted with laughter "what kind of party pooper would wear a suit to a club" I shrugged in response finally drawing my attention back to the girl in front of me "the type who seem like they'd hire someone to assassinate you for looking at them funny" Sophia nodded in agreement before Jack, Wyatt and Finn appeared next to us holding two extra shot glasses as well as their own.

"thanks" the red headed girl grinned taking one shot glass from Jack, and Wyatt geastured the second toward me but I shook my head, noticing a "ladies restroom" sign to my left "I think I'm actually gonna use the bathroom" I protested and Sophia quickly threw her head back tipping the liquor down her throat "you want me to come with?" "I think I'll be fine thanks Soph" I replied before hurrying toward the glowing sign
