i. roses and sunflowers

🌹 It was love at first sight.
She knew he was the one.
The boy she has been looking for all her life

but he adored roses..
And she was a sunflower.
She longed for those cherry red petals.
She didn't realize that her yellow petals would
already bright up the whole garden.

She was unique and no one was quite like her.
She had honey coloured eyes that blossomed
under the sun's beam.
He just needed to hold a different flower from time to time. 🌻
