Alyssa's POV:

"You're pregnant?" Grayson asks and drops the bag of Chinese food.

Ethan comes running in and is panting.

"I tried to stop him." He says out of breath.

"It's fine. And yes, I'm pregnant."

"And I also heard that you don't know whose it is? You've been cheating on me, with Ethan?! Really?"

"Grayson, please don't get super upset. I know you want to but... I want to have a normal conversation. Not a fight." He nods and sits down. Ethan and Peyton head to her room.

"I love you. So much. I really do and you know that. You're an amazing human being and you're everything I want. Bu-" Ethan comes out, interrupting. I see the look on his face and I can tell he's been crying.

"Ethan, what's wrong?" Grayson and I say at the same time.

"It's dad." He says, choked up. I look at Grayson and he looks at me. His lip quivers and I see a tear fall. I can feel a tear fall from my face as well and I pull him into my arms.

He starts to sob and I run his back.

"Mom needs us at the hospital. We need to head there. Now." Ethan says, crying.

We get up and we get Peyton and leave. Grayson's driving as quick as possible and we get to a stop light. He slams his hand on the wheel and groans. I put my hand on his and he looks at me.

His eyes soften and he grips my hand.

"It's all going to be okay." I say and he nods. The light turns green and we get to the hospital.

Lisa texts the room number and we head to the front desk.

"We need to go into Sean Dolan's room." The woman at the desk nods at my words and gives us each a badge to wear.

We head to his room and Grayson walks in. I hear his breathing hitch and I gently push past him.

"Oh my god." I gasp and put my hand on my mouth. Ethan comes in, Peyton following, and they see Sean.

"Lisa, I'm so sorry." I say walking over to her, giving her a hug. She holds onto my arm and starts to cry.

"I can't believe it." I hear Ethan whisper.

"I can't do this. This isn't real." He's shaking his head side to side and Lisa taps my hand, letting me go to Ethan.

"Ethan, please calm down." I say, putting my hand on his shoulder. He walks out and slams the door.

Lisa gasps and she tries to pull herself together.

"Alyssa, can you go check on him please. I'll take care of these two." She asks and I nod, doing what she says.

I walk out and I see Ethan, sitting on a chair by the vending machine. I go sit next to him and I put my hand on his upper back, rubbing it.

I hear him sniffle and he leans his head on my shoulder. I wrap my arms around him and he starts to sob.

"Alyssa, this can't be real. I don't want this to be real." He sobs.

"I know baby, I know." I rub his back and I start to cry as well.

"I just can't believe it happened. I thought he would be living till he was eighty years old with my mom, because he beat the cancer."
