As Jax ran out of the room in search of the first aid kit, Chibs stepped up beside Savannah. "Ye got some experience with this, lass?"

Savannah nodded as she gently laid Lowell's arm on the table in front of him and pressed down on the wound with the towels. "A bit, yeah." She looked at Charlie, who was staring wide-eyed at all of the blood that was already on Savannah's shirt. "Charlie, I need some water, sweetie."

She nodded and ran behind the bar to grab a few bottles of water and more clean towels. She came back and sat the items on the table as Jax came in with the kit. Savannah nodded to Chibs who helped hold Lowell's arm steady so Savannah could check out the damage. She nodded to herself as she sorted through the bag beside her, coming out with a suture kit. With quick, confident moves, she sewed up the gash in his arm then covered it with gauze. After taping it all down, she stood back and looked at Lowell with a smile. "There, all done. You'll need to keep that clean and dry, ok?"

He nodded as Chibs helped him up from the chair and smiled at Savannah. "Ye did good, luv. I would have done it myself if ye didn't step up."

She grinned and nodded. "Thanks." She turned to Jax, losing the smile and looking angry. "You wanna tell me why you trusted someone that was clearly high with power tools?"

You could have heard a pin drop as Jax backed up in surprise at the obvious challenge in the young woman's words. He shook his head. "I didn't know that he was or I wouldn't have asked him to handle that."

Savannah scoffed and shook her head. "It took me five seconds to realize that the glazed over look in his eyes wasn't from the trauma. You should really pay more attention next time."

She heard a throat clear and looked to see Gemma hiding a grin and giving her an approving look. She felt someone touch her arm and saw Juice standing beside her, trying to hide his own grin. "Come on, I'll get you a shirt to change into. The one you have on is pretty much ruined."

Charlie snickered at her sister as she looked down at the blood now covering her upper half. "You were awesome sis, but that looks nasty. I'm not riding in the car with you looking like that. If we would get stopped, the police would swear that you killed someone."

Savannah stuck her tongue out at her sister before following Juice down a hall to a room that he unlocked and stepped into. She saw that it was a bedroom, most likely his. It had the requisite bed, bedside tables, and dresser. It also held a desk in the corner with an impressive looking computer. She watched him rifle through a dresser drawer before pulling out a white t-shirt with SAMCRO printed on it in black lettering. He tossed it on the bed and grinned at her.

"It's probably going to be a little big but it's the best that I can do." He pointed at the door and cleared his throat. "I'll uh... I'll just leave you to change then."

As he passed her, she stopped him with a hand on his arm, smiling up at him. "Thanks, Juice."

He gave her that one-hundred-watt smile of his and nodded. "No problem, Savvy." He started to walk away then stopped and turned back to her. "Chibs was right. You did good. Probably added to your workload but you did good."

Savannah just chuckled as he grinned and walked out, leaving her to change.

The next morning, Charlie whistled at her sister as she made her appearance in the kitchen. "Look at you! Decided to show a little skin today, did we?"

Savannah rolled her eyes at her little sister. "I don't know if you've noticed, but it's going to be in the nineties today. I'm just keeping cool."

Charlie snickered. "Uh-huh, sure you are."

Savannah looked down at herself, now second-guessing her wardrobe choice for the day. She was wearing a black tank top and cut-off jean shorts with an old pair of cowboy boots on her feet. She had her hair up in her normal messy bun. She chewed on her lip and frowned as she looked at her sister. "Do you think I should change?"

Charlie grinned and shook her head. "I was just yanking your chain, sis. I think you look fine. You'll probably raise Juice's blood pressure but that won't hurt anything."

Savannah rolled her eyes again as she poured herself a cup of coffee. "I swear, you do have an imagination. Juice isn't interested in me, and even if he was, I'm not interested in him. We're just... coworkers, I suppose."

Charlie just gave her a strange look but said nothing as they got ready for their day. As Savannah pulled up in front of the school, she turned to her sister. "I'll pick you up after school. Friday is my early day so I'll be off in time."

Charlie nodded before opening her door to get out. "I would tell you to have a good day, but since you'll be spending it with a bunch of hot bikers, I think that could probably go unsaid."

Savannah chuckled and shook her head. "You are something else, sis. Have a good day at school."

As she turned into the lot at TM, she saw Juice standing with Chibs and a very tall man in a beanie. When she got out of her car, she waved at them and started toward the office. She could have sworn she heard Juice speak as she was walking away.

"Holy shit, this is gonna be a good day!"
