Savannah rolled over and found the bed empty besides herself. She frowned until she heard the shower shut off in the attached bathroom and grinned. So she hadn't dreamed it. Juan had spent the night. She sat up on her elbows as he walked out of the bathroom, wrapping a towel around his waist. She bit her lip and grinned as he looked her way and stopped a few feet into the room.
"Oh... sorry, I thought you were still asleep." He pointed at his clothes lying neatly at the end of the bed. "I'll just grab my stuff and go get dressed."
Savannah stretched, letting the sheet drop to her waist as she gave him a fake pout. "Don't I get a kiss good morning?"
He smiled and nodded, moving closer to the bed to lean over and give her a kiss. She wrapped her arms around his neck and fell back, pulling him down with her. He groaned as her leg slid between his, causing friction. "Baby, we need to get ready for work."
Savannah grinned up at him as his hand squeezed her thigh and pulled her closer. "We have a little time, Juan."
He chuckled in her ear before he bit her gently on the neck, kissing the spot after. "Wouldn't you rather wait until we had a lot of time? I'm sure we could send Charlie to Harmony or Gemma again tonight." He leaned up to grin at her. "I want plenty of time to explore this body, Savvy, not a quickie."
Savannah sighed and nodded, pushing on his shoulders lightly to get him up and off of her. "Fine, but move before I decide to tackle you. A woman can only take so much naked skin and not want to explore for herself."
Juice chuckled as he lifted himself up and off of her. "You go jump in the shower and I'll start the coffee."

Jax tapped on the door frame and waited for his mother to look up from the paperwork in front of her before stepping into the office and shutting the door. He sat down across from her as she took off her glasses and smiled at him.
"Morning, baby."
He gave her a small grin. "Morning, mom. I wanted a chance to talk to you before Savvy got here. You got a minute?"
She nodded, frowning a bit. "Sure I do, but this sounds serious. What's wrong?"
Jax shook his head and sighed. "I don't know exactly how to say this so I'm just gonna throw it out there." He paused for a moment before continuing. "Me and Tara are splitting up."
Gemma stared at him in shock for a moment before replying. "What the hell happened?"
Jax sighed again and shrugged. "I don't know, mom, I guess... we just want different things."
Gemma shook her head, pointing a finger at him. "What about the boys? Jackson, you have a family for god's sake!"
Jax gave her an irritated look. "Yeah, I know that, mom. Look, Tara's gonna stay here in town, in her dad's old house, and we're gonna share custody of the boys."
Gemma pointed her finger at him. "Don't you mean, boy? Abel isn't hers."
Jax arched his brow and gave his mother a look. "Yeah, but she's the only mother he's ever known. You wanna be the one to explain to him that he can't see her?"
Gemma sat back in her chair with a sigh. "You gonna be able to handle the shared custody thing?"
Jax shrugged. "I'll have to and so will you. We're all gonna have to work together for this to work right, mom."
Gemma shook her head. "This really sucks, but I suppose it says something that you two are willing to act like adults." She looked at her son. "Are you sure you can't work it out?"
Jax shook his head with a sad look on his face. "We've tried, but... she wants out of the club, wants me out of it, and I just can't do that. I can't walk away from it, not for her or anyone else."
Gemma nodded. "Of course, you can't, baby. You were raised in this club, it's your dad's legacy to you." She shook her head. "You know, it doesn't surprise me. She's not really cut out to be an old lady." She held up a hand with a smirk. "That's not a knock against Tara. Not everyone can handle this shit on a daily basis."
Jax nodded and grinned as he stood up. "Well, I just wanted you to know. We're still ironing out the details, but she'll be moving out in the next couple of days, so... "
Gemma nodded. "I'll steer clear. Believe me, I have enough to keep me busy here. I'm expecting the new alcohol supplier any day now."
Jax frowned. "What was wrong with the old one?"
Gemma smirked. "Besides not getting the orders right and charging more than it should have been?"
Jax chuckled and nodded. "That's why we leave that shit to you." A movement outside caught his eye and he walked over to the door to look out with a frown. "Any idea who this is?"
Gemma walked over to stand beside him as they watched a petite redhead get out of a purple Dodge Spider and stand looking over the lot. Gemma shook her head and Jax sighed before opening the door and stepping out into the morning sunshine.
"Can I help you with something?"
She looked up at him as he stepped in front of her and he suddenly wished that she wasn't wearing sunglasses so that he could see her whole face. "I'm looking for Juice Ortiz."
Jax nodded. "He hasn't made it in yet this morning."
The woman tilted her head in question. "I thought he lived here."
Jax smirked. "Well, he recently got himself an old lady. He's at her place."
The woman's face broke out into a smile and she laughed, taking him by surprise. "Well, good for him! About damn time he got some." She pointed at the picnic tables. "I'll just wait in the shade."
Jax frowned as she dismissed him and started to walk off. "Who are you?"
Without even turning back in his direction, she shouted over her shoulder as she reached a table. "I don't think that's your business, sport."
