I was at home in bedroom getting ready for dinner tonight at Pop's with Archie and Jughead. I decided to wear just a simple pink romper and white heels.

The last couple weeks have been awkward between the gang and I. After I told Archie I liked him, he sort of just ignored it and pretended like it never happened. But I could tell it was bothering him, me as well. The truth is, I didn't like Archie 100%. Yes, I had a little crush on him. I mean, who wouldn't? The perfect Boy Next Door, head of the football varsity team, and he's a musician. I mean, who wouldn't want him? And, I think that is one of the reasons I had a petty crush on him. Just so no one could steal him away from me.
Full truth, I liked Jughead. I'm not 100% sure if I do or not.... But I'm starting to catch a little feeling. While I did like Archie, he rejected me once I told him... So my feelings faded away over time.
That being said, I think that may be the main reason I asked jug to help me after school.... besides his amazing detective skills.
Shoot! I have to be ready to go to Pop's soon!
Veronica's POV
I was relaxing on my bed when I got a text from Archie asking if I remember that we were going to Pop's tonight. I wasn't sure if I was welcomed to come especially because of this Betty girl because I never met her... but he insisted on me coming. So, I got up from my bed took a shower and picked out my outfit. I wanted to make a good first impression to Betty, Archie, and Jughead seeing me outside of school.

After I finished getting ready, I trapped my purse and walked out the door to meet Andre outside. "Take me to Pop's" I smiled and he looked back at me and nodded.
Everyone is at Pop's :)
Andre had pulled into the parking lot and opened the door for me. I stepped out and admired the neon lights basically lighting up the whole place. I signaled that he can leave and walked into the diner. Immediately as I walked inside, I was met with the warm smile of Jughead Jones. I smiled back at him as I walked over and met eyes with a blonde girl. She was sitting next to him, so I had no other choice but to sit across from the two. They had their milkshakes infront of them as well as across."Hey Jughead." I smiled
J: "Hey Veronica! This is Betty Cooper. Also, I got you and Archie milkshakes. I hope you like chocolate." He smiled
B: "Nice to meet you Veronica! I've heard so many things about you!"
V: "All good things I hope. And, yes Jones. I do like chocolate milkshakes." I said with a slight giggle.
Betty smiled at me. It seems like we will get along just fine.
V: "When is Archie gonna be here?"
J: "He should be here any minute."
And just like that, as if it was planned, in walked Archie. He took a seat next to me and smiled at everyone. "Sorry I'm late guys. Family issues."
V: "Don't sweat it, Archiekins."
The group looked at me confused at the nickname I gave Archie. "What?" I said confused as I took a sip of my milkshake.
A: "Archiekins?"
V: "Oh, I'm so sorry! I thought it would be a cute nickname for you..."
A: "No, no it's fine! It's a cute nickname. Just took me by surprise that's all." The boy said smiling at me
J: "Do I get a nickname?" He said sarcastically
V: "Sure you do! What about... Juggiekins! Oh, and Betty can be Bettykins!"
J: " I was being sarcastic... but sure! Juggiekins.... why not!"
And the rest of the night went on as the bond of the core four sitting at a booth at Pop's grew. Until Betty got a call that she didn't want to hear.
B: "So Veronica, how are your parents?"
V: "Uhm, good I guess."
B: "So they aren't planning on doing illegal things in Riverdale?"
I say there in silence. I wasn't sure what they were planning. I knew it wasn't good.
B: "Lets see, like buying the Riverdale Register so no one can report on the illegal things they're doing?"
V: "I-I'm gonna go..."
I ran out the door crying. I didn't realize how many lives my parents have and continue to ruin. I heard Archie yelling my name for me to come back, but I didn't listen. I was about halfway to the South Side when I felt someone grab me, and everything went dark.

Perhaps tea? Also, Archie isn't deadddd!!!! If you saw the still, him and Reggie are in the locker room talking and he looks so disappointed :( I think he found out about Reggie and Veronica :(
Btw, I do ship Varchie. But, I also ship jeronica :)
