Training Camp

I felt a little proud to be tied with Momo Yaoyorozu in the top of our class. It was fun helping tutor people for the finals. The test was incredibly easy.... long, but easy.

The practical part of the finals was rough. I couldn't believe they put me against Cementoss. It was quite difficult considering air doesn't go through concrete easily. I couldn't risk accidentally hurting Kirishima and Sato with my acid and I knew that if I left them, the teachers would deduct points from my overall score. A hero wouldn't leave his comrades behind. With all that in mind, I had to quickly think of a plan. Carrying them to the finish would be hard, considering all the rock and muscle I would have to carry. The only plan to come in mind was to use Kirishima and Sato as bait while I snuck through the buildings and sneakily blast him with knockout gas. I made sure it was potent yet subtle. I had to hurry up because my two friends were running out of steam and getting surrounded in concrete. After Cementoss passed out, I ran to the dome of concrete that housed Kirishima and Sato and burned through it. It was tough but I carried them with me to Cementoss and reached in Kirishima's pocket for the handcuffs. After cuffing our teacher, I carried them to the finish. I hated using them at bait but I didn't stand a chance against Cementoss.

After we got our results, Kirishima and Sato were penalized for their choice of approach while I was praised; it was extremely painful to know that I somehow passed when I knew I couldn't have done it without them. I tried to plead to Aizawa but he was stiff.

{Aizawa} - The matter of the fact is, even if they were a diversion they just ran straight forward without knowing their limits. It was reckless the way that they handled the situation. All three of you should have been able to walk through that gate but instead you had to carry them. Now, any other questions?

The entire hour-long ride to the camp, I talked to Sato and Kirishima and apologized for coming up with the awful plan. I needed more training than I had thought. Once we arrived, we all hopped off of the bus and stretched.

{Y/N} - Phew! That ride was awful. I hate sitting in place for so long.

{Aizawa} - You'll really get to stretch your legs soon.

As everyone stood there confused, two catlike girls came from the side of the cliff and made a grand entrance.

{Brunette} - Hello everybody! I'm Mandalay!

{Blonde} - Meowmeowmeowmeow! And I'm Pixie-Bob!

{Both of them} - And we're.... The Wild, Wild Pussycats!

Midoriya and I both began to explain to everyone who they are and their history. Mandalay could telepathically speak to several people over a certain area; Pixie-Bob could control earth and dirt to whatever she wanted. At one point during our speech I noticed Pixie-Bob wink and kiss at me, throwing me off of my explanation. In the middle of our fanboying, Aizawa yelled at us, shutting us up.

{Mandalay} - During this week, you all will be training with us at our secret base. You'll be exerting your quirks and making them stronger.

{Pixie-Bob} - Let's kick off your training by sending you through the beast forest.

As she pointed, she explained how there would be several large creatures in the woods that would try to stop us from getting to the camp. Before we could run back on the bus, Pixie-Bob morphed the ground beneath us causing us to slide off the cliff and plummet to the ground below. Half of the students hit the ground pretty hard but when I landed I made sure to cushion Mina's landing. After catching her, she rewarded me with a huge smile and a kiss on the cheek. I blushed and looked into the woods to make sure nothing would ambush us. As I watched the forest, someone from above yelled to us.
