Everything Has Changed

They all got to Blue Breeze, and were sat down at a table. "So Sally... I heard you have big news." Blaze said playfully. "Oh yeah! We forgot to tell you guys!" Sonic said happily. They both looked at Silver and Blaze with joy.

"Silver, Blaze... Sally and I... Are getting married!" Sonic said happily. Both Silver and Blaze were shocked. "Married?!" Blaze shouted with joy. "Yes!! He proposed to me 4 weeks ago on our vacation!!" Sally said cheerfully, as she hugged Sonic.

"Sally that's incredible!!" Blaze said with joy. But Silver, was not as thrilled. "Hey guys, I'll be right back." Silver said, faking a smile. He got up, and walked over to the bathroom. Thankfully for him, he was the only one in there.

He put his hands on the sink counter, and stared into the mirror. He closed his eyes and sighed deeply. "Why Sonic.." He said to himself. "We finally get reunited, then you get married? I'm not going to see you anymore.." He said softly. Then he heard the door open. "Silv..?" Sonic said as he walked in.

He saw Silver looking at himself into the mirror with pity. "Silv are you okay?" He asked. "Y-yeah... I'm fine man." He faked a smile. "Okay, that smile isn't fooling anyone. And it sure as hell didn't fool us a second ago." He said.

Silver sighed again. "C'mon Silver. You can tell me anything." He said as he put his hand on Silver's shoulder. "I... I just... I don't know Sonic. I guess hearing that just threw me off guard.." He said softly. "Off guard..?" Sonic said. He was curious but started to feel a little offended.

"I don't know! I just didn't expect you to get married!" Silver said. "Well... I told you both for a specific reason." He said. Silver turned and looked at him. "For what purpose?" Silver asked.

"Silver... I want you to be my best man." He said. Silver's eyes lit up. "Me!? Your best man?!" He said shocked. "Yeah! I think it'll really be fun! It's this Saturday at the old royal grounds." Sonic smiled. "I'm surprised you aren't having at the castle." Silver said.

"I know I know. But I missed my home. And there is no better place to be married than home." He said. "Well..." Silver said. Sonic looked at him with a persuading grin. "Okay." Silver said. "Yeah man!" Sonic patted him hard on the back. "C'mon, we can't keep the ladies waiting." He smiled at Silver. Silver smiled back. They walked out of the bathroom, and back to their table.

"There you guys are! The waiter already passed! We just got you both sodas." Sally said. "Ehh, that's fine." Silver smiled. They sat back down. Everyone began to look at their menus. "That's just so awesome you're getting married Sally!" Blaze said happily.

"I know!" Sally cheered, as she looked at her ring. It had "Sally" written on one side, and "I Love You" written on the opposite side. "Awe! It's gorgeous!" Blaze said.

What Silver never said, was that yes it did throw him off guard. But, the main reason he was upset because he wouldn't be able to see Sonic as much if he had to rule with Sally. But he wasn't going to let that ruin his night. "So Sal, what are you getting?" Sonic asked.

"I'm just getting the Chicken." She said. "What about you Blaze?" Silver asked. "I'm getting a burger. Lemme guess... You are getting the bites aren't you." She joked. Silver closed his menu and sat it down on the table. "That's a yes." Sonic laughed.

"Here are your drinks." The waiter said. "Okay, are you all ready to order?" He asked. "I think so." Sally smiled. "Two orders of bites, chicken Alfredo and the mesquite burger." Silver ordered. "Excellent, I'll be back to check in you all later." He said then left.

"Sonic, where exactly are you having your wedding?" Blaze asked. "It will be

At the Old Royal Grounds." Sally answered. "OOO la la! Fancy." Blaze said smiling. "Yeah, we just didn't feel like having it at the castle." Sonic said.

45 minutes later

Silver and Sonic were both reaching for the check. "Silv don't worry I got it." Sonic said. "No no it's fine. I can get it." Silver argues back. They both looked at each other with the same determined look. "Oh for god sakes boys just someone let go!" Sally said.

"You heard your girl Sonic. Let go. Of the check. " Silver smiled. Sonic grinned as well. Silver knew exactly how to get it. He let go. "Okay.. You win." Silver said. Sonic smiled and started to open the checkbook. But Silver took it out of his hands with his PK. "Haha! Gotcha!" Silver laughed. Even the women chucked.

He signed it, then sat it back on the table. They all got up, and walked back to their cars. "Silver you cheating jerk." Sonic jokes as he playfully hit Silver in the shoulder. "All is fair with money man." Silver laughed back.

"Okay so, where are you guys staying while you're here?" Blaze asked. "We are staying at the Crown Royal. The kingdom won't let us stay at a normal hotel.." Sally sighed. "Yeah, it gets a little old not being able to do everything we used to.." Sonic said. "Oh well... Being a Queen has it's benefits and it's doubts." Sally joked.

"Well, we have to meet at the Royal grounds in the morning, to practice the wedding." Sonic said. "I need you both to be there." Sally smiled. "Will do. Call us tomorrow and tell us when." Silver said. They gave hugs, then drove off to their hotel. "C'mon dork, let's get home." Blaze said, as she kissed his cheek.

He hopped in the driver seat, while she went around to the shotgun seat. He started the car, then they drove off. "Silv, when you left a while ago, what was wrong?" She asked. Silver sighed, knowing that question was coming.

"Blaze... I'm not really thrilled on the idea of them being married.." He sighed again. She looked at him with shock. "What?? You of all people I thought would be excited!" Blaze said. "I know.. It just, threw me off guard honey. I won't be able to see him anymore!" He said sadly.

"Awe Silv.." Blaze said, as she hugged his right arm. "Just.. Don't worry about it Blaze. Besides, be happy for them! Don't feel pity just because it upsets me." Silver tried to smile. "In my book, you come first. I will always support your side." Blaze smiled. Silver smiled right back.

They got home, and went straight to their room. "Oh Silver... I'm so sore. I can't even take my shirt off.." Blaze said seductively. Silver smiled at her. He pushed her down in the bed, and unbuttoned her shirt, revealing her bra. She gripped his shoulders hard, and pulled him into her.

"Why don't we.. Entertain ourselves before we go to sleep." Blaze smiled. "Couldn't be happier." Silver smiled, then kissed her passionately.

SOMEWHERE IN THE DARK KINGDOM

Mephiles sat on his throne in the chamber. One of his soldiers ran up to him. "Lord Mephiles." He bowed down. "What is it.." Mephiles said. "The prisoner! We finally caught him!" He said. Mephiles looked up from his throne at the soldier. The soldier whistled, and another guard came in.

He was dragging a green figure. Mephiles laughed as he stepped down to the floor. He looked up at his guards. "Leave us." He said briefly. Both soldiers nodded, then walked back out closing the big double doors. "So.. We finally caught up to you, huh?" Mephiles chuckled. The green figure looked up.

"Y-you... Won't win this w-war.." He said, as blood dropped from his chin. Mephiles grabbed him by the throat. "Won't? HAHAHAHA!... I already have." He laughed. He threw the prisoner back down. "He'll *cough cough* defeat y-you.." He said.

Mephiles stared at him coldly. "He defeated S-Scour-

"Scourge was nothing more than a pawn. He was the plaything of my will!!" Mephiles shouted. The prisoner looked up at him, kind of afraid. "Besides, we outnumber the Acorn Kingdom by... Oh yes. The other 80% of Mobius' kingdoms!" Mephiles laughed. "Isn't that right... Manic." He laughed.

Manic stared at him with fear. "Y-you're insane." Manic said. Mephiles got directly in his face. "I know..." He said in a horrifying voice. "Guards!" Mephiles yelled. Then men walked back in the throne chamber. "Take him to the cells." He commanded. The two men grabbed Manic, and dragged him out.
