Sorry if the schooling system makes no sense- where I live we have 4 classes a day and go by Block A, B, C & D, instead of like,, 8 periods. We also have the same classes every day,, so,, ALSO homecoming is a football game- not a dance!

It was your junior year of high school, and rumour had it there was a new guy. According to said rumours, he came from the same school as Y/G/F, so the two of them were together all the time- especially during the first week back at school. Word got around that this guy- well, he was hot; yet you never found yourself running into him, even when you hung out with Y/B/F and Y/G/F.

His name was Y/C.

You had yet to meet this mystery boy, but regardless you already loved him. He was old friends with Y/G/F, so you knew right off the bat he'd have a great personality. When one or two people said someone was extremely, undeniably, breathtakingly attractive at your school, you'd usually ignore it until you met the person yourself. However, everyone laid claim to that statement, so you knew it had to be true to some extent. Then there was his name.

Y/C.

Even in your head, you loved the way it sounded. You'd think to yourself an image of this boy and what possibilities may occur from befriending him. You spoke his name and pretended to have witty, flirtatious conversations with him, loving the way his name rolled off of your tongue. You were weird for it, but it was your own little secret.

One day, after an appointment with your school counsellor (because once again, they messed up your classes), you finally got all the classes you had wanted and were originally supposed to have. You headed towards your Block A; Social Studies. You knew your friend, Y/G/F was in that class, so you knew for certain you'd have someone to sit with. You arrived at the class, a bit late because of the appointment, and stood quietly by the open door, waiting for the teacher to finish his lecture. By that point, the majority of the class realized you were waiting- just not the teacher. To say it was awkward was an understatement, but luckily the class wasn't laughing at you, but the teachers attention to detail, and his lack thereof.

You look around to see Y/G/F was sitting near the front, talking to an extremely attractive boy whom you'd never seen before. You made eye contact with him, his gorgeous [colour] eyes melting into yours as your gazes locked, and he lightly hit Y/G/F's arm and points at the door- well, at you. Y/G/F then directed his gaze, and instantly a smile grew on his face. He waved you over right away.

You immediately figured out who that attractive boy was.

"Y/N! Are you in this class?" Y/G/F calls out, interrupting the teacher and not even realizing it. The teacher finally noticed, however, and attended to your needs- giving you a course outline and textbook, and directing you to the empty seat next to Y/G/F. Instantly, he turns to you and fails to contain his excitement. "I'm so happy you're in this class, that means your schedule got fixed!" As you're about the answer, the very, very attractive boy next to him elbows him harshly, making Y/G/F turn back in utter confusion. It's obvious when it clicks in his head, and he perks up. "Oh! Y/N, this is Y/C. He's new- he came from my old school. Y/C, this is Y/N."

The rumours were proved to be true.

You look at Y/C and smirk. "Ohhh, so you're the guy all the girls have been drooling and obsessing over,"

Y/C raised an eyebrow while Y/G/F lightly punched him in the arm.

"See, Y/C! Barely the second week at a new school and you already have girls drooling over you! That's the dream!" Y/C just looks at Y/G/F and then at you, smiling for a good minute before speaking up.
