Cuylers POV
On the jet to the helicarrier it was silent, I saw the glances the three avengers shot my way, their eyes showed no emotion but their body language showed nothing but alertness, they were ready for a fight. But still I remained motionless and quiet, identifying the quickest escape if things go south
"What's your relationship with Ylva like?" I was snapped out of my thought by the authoritative voice of a female, I looked up to see the black widow standing in front of me with her arms folded over her chest
"Let's just say last time I spoke to her she tried to kill me... again" the Three heroes were taken aback by this I could tell
"we had an... interesting relationship to say the least. She always hated me, from the moment I was born she was out for the kill, why? I don't know" I thought back to the time down by the stream, the thought of this made me feel her hands around my neck, the bruises that her fingers left. Different shades of black, blue, green, purple.

"So umm, she's a lot like ya dad aye?" Clint said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. To this I chuckled inwardly, memories of Ylva in chains flashed though my head, chains in the throne room, chains in the market, the courtyard, Thors chambers, my chambers, the stables, I've only recently realized the only reason she's still alive to this day is that every time she was given the death penalty Thor or Frigga would beg All father to spare her life, every time he would let her live, and every time someone else would get hurt.
"Worse." I replied quietly rubbing my own neck "She believes her sole purpose in the universe is to ensure that Loki has as he pleases. She does not care what get destroyed or who gets hurt in doing so."

Soon enough we had landed on the helicarrier with a gentle thud. Looking up I saw the team collecting their things getting ready to exit the aircraft. Steve turned around to me nodded his head in the direction of the door
"You are coming with us" he informed me watching me as I stood and approached the hangar. As the platform dropped I was met with the sight of many armed men and women aiming at me. Another man dressed in all black with an eye patch pushed his way through the group and stopped to stare at me "he moves you shoot" he commanded, suddenly my body stiffened and my pulse slowed.
"Well you guys sure do know how to throw a welcome party" he chuckled.
