I woke up early this morning. Today is my first formal day as teacher at Hogwarts. It's Sorting Ceremony and I looked forward to it. Whole Hogwarts was preparing for new students. I was carrying some heavy books to the classroom. I left them on my desk to put them on the bookshelf later. Albus called me to his office for a talk. I walked to his office and looking for something in my purse. Suddenly, I bumped into someone. That someone was all-in black. He was tall and had black hair and eyes. "Can you please watch where you walk?!" He said. He's obviously not in the mood. "I will. Sorry!" He rolled his eyes.
Timeskip (At Dumbledore's office) "Hello, Adrianna. Sit, please." I did what he said to me. "The reason that I called you is that I need to say few things to you before the Sorting Ceremony." I was ready to listen that "few things". "Professor McGonagall said that she can't be Head of Gryffindor anymore, so I would like you to do this." I was shocked. "You....want me...to be Head of Gryffindor?" He nodded. "Well..." I liked Slytherin more, but it will be certain fun. "OK. I will do it." Albus smiled. I walked down to my room because Sorting Ceremony will start soon, and I need to get ready. I put a bit of makeup and put my favourite dress on.

THE SORTING CEREMONY Everything in the Great Hall was beautiful. Minerva was reading first-year student's names, and Sorting Hat was sorting them into houses. It was interesting when Albus said me that I need to sit next to professor Snape. I knew that was that same professor in which I bumped earlier today. "I guess we didn't met properly today." He said to me with his cold voice. "I definetely agree. I'm Adrianna Lexington." I said. "Severus Snape. I heard that you are gonna be the new Head of Gryffindor." I nodded. "Albus told me about you. You are Head of Slytherin." He nodded. The last student was sorted into Ravenclaw and Albus started his speech. '...This year, I would like to mention that you will have new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, Adrianna Lexington. She will be also the new Head of Gryffindor, since professor McGonagall said she doesn't want do that job anymore." Everybody were clapping and Albus looked proudly at me. 'Let the feast begin!' Albus said and it began. After everything was over, students went to their dormitories with their prefects and teachers went to their rooms. I was so sleepy, because the day was sooo long. I fell in a peaceful sleep.
