One day in September(Severus Snape love story)

14. Sleepy Monday

I'm in a big problem right now. MY FATHER IS LOOKING FOR MY DEAD MOTHER. I was surprised that I didn't ran away as I thought about it for a second.

"Do you hear me?! Where is my wife?" He yelled. I was sad and a little bit scared by his attitude. I felt myself braking down. Albus and Minerva were walking towards us, curious what is happening.

"SHE IS DEAD!! Is it okay now?! I couldn't do anything!" I saw he is shocked. He didn't even look at me, just left without a word.

"It's alright, dear...shhh...don't cry." Minerva was hugging and comforting me. She was like a second mother to me. "Should I call Severus?" Albus asked. "No, thank you." I said. Minerva took me to my chamber and let me sleep. I was asleep for about two hours when I felt gentle kisses on my forehead and cheeks. "Are you alright, love? I heard what happened." Severus asked me. I nodded and smiled. He pulled me closer to his chest. "You are going through a very tough phase right now." He stated and kissed me in the head. "Thank you for being here for me." He smiled. "Always, my love." I felt secure in his warm embrace. "If you could excuse me, I have to go. Potter and Weasley are serving detention." He said and I smiled.

Severus's P.O.V.

I was walking to my classroom. I hated myself for leaving her when she needs me just because of some detention. However, I had time for grading those today's tests. On my way, I saw a man that was reminding me on Lucius, but he was a bit conceited than him. When Headmaster was walking down the hall, that man came to him. "Can I help you?" Albus asked.

"Actually yes. You must be Headmaster Dumbledore." The man said. "It happens that I am. And you are..."

"Rufeus Lexington. Adrianna's father. I need to talk with you." He said. Albus nodded and they went to his office. 'That's why he reminded me on Lucius. He is his brother. Why is he here?' I thought while getting close to my classroom. Potter and Weasley were already waiting for me. I gave them something to do and started grading tests.

In the meantime(Third person's P.O.V.)

"Please sit, mr.Lexington. What would you like to talk about?" Albus "I would like you to tell me what happened last night. I spoke to Adrianna about that earlier and you saw how it ended." Rufeus said. "Ah, yes. Your daughter was still sad and she wasn't ready to tell you about that. She did her best to save her, but it was just impossible to do that."

"I know that the Dark Lord is a very powerful wizard, but I think anything of this wouldn't happen if she just used a stronger spell" Rufeus started. "No, no...we will not blame her for everything. She is your daughter, after all" Albus was pretty calm, but he didn't want to listen Adrianna's own father blaming her for everything.

"When I came, the Dark Lord tricked her. And that was not an ordinary Expelliarmus. It was strong enough to compare with his Killing Curse. She did absolutely good battle, but the Dark Lord was desperate for winning. He is a very evil man." Rufeus was stunned with Albus's monologue. "Well, thank you for saying me that. Just one more question: Do you accidentally know where she is?" Albus smiled. "At her chamber, sleeping. She lost much of her power so she is all sleepy today." Rufeus nodded.

Albus didn't want to tell anything about Severus and Adrianna's relationship or anything. "I will escort you out, I have to go to the Library anyways." Albus said and they went down the castle.

"If it's really how you say, then I will understand the circumstances, but I still think it could be better." He was still persistant. "I assure you...You should be proud on her, mr.Lexington." He smiled a bit. "I almost forgot, we are so sorry about your loss." Albus remembered to say. "Thank you. mr.Dumbledore. That was a very nice conversation. See you next time." Albus smiled, but didn't say anything. After he went to Library to take a good book to read, he got back to his office.

About 15 minutes later, Severus was going to Headmaster's office. "Good afternoon, Headmaster." He said. Albus smiled. "Afternoon, Severus. How is Adrianna?" He asked. "Good. I think she fell asleep again." Severus answered. "Well, she has lost a lot of her power, so she feels exhausted." Albus stated. "Of course, but that's not the reason I came to you." He concluded. "What is? Something happened?" Albus asked. "Headmaster, I saw her father coming to your office. I wanted to know why he came." Albus smirked. "I knew you will want to know, Severus. He came to listen what happened last night." He said. "And?" Severus asked. "He states that she used too weak spell, blames her for everything...I know why she favors Lucius, though" Albus retelled.

"I know she gave everything she had in that fight. You could saw how she felt. He wasn't there when she was crying and shaking that much, he doesn't see how she changed. She was always cheerful, and now, I can rarely see her smile." Albus smiled at his statements. "I know you care about her a lot and we all miss her positivity. Now, she just needs our support. She will hopefully be better in few weeks or months." Severus looked at him. "Thank you, Headmaster." He said. "I should go and see how is she." Albus smiled. "Of course, just don't tell her anything about this." Albus said and Severus went out of his office.

Adrianna's P.O.V.

When Severus came to my chamber, I was reading a book. "Hey. How was the detention?" I asked while standing up to hug him. "Pretty normal, thank you for asking..." I smirked. "What are you reading?" He asked. "Oh...Andersen's Snow Queen. That's a story my mom loved to read me...and no, I'm not depressed." I said, making him smile. "I didn't planned to say that you are." I was still sleepy. "I needed to stay awake for a while. My record is 24 minutes." I said with a laugh. "You should not restrain yourself from sleeping if you need to." He said. "I'm not. I just missed you." I smiled and he kissed me. We went to his bedroom and I fell asleep next to him.

A/N: Three months...my God!! I'm the worst writer on the Earth I just hope there is anyone left who's tracking this story lol! I'm going to put back my old updating schedule(two or three times per week).
