"So THAT'S the crossbow cuties name!" Lina exclaimed as she glanced over at Daryl. "Pleasure to meet you." Adding a wink afterwards, earning strange looks from Rick an T-Dog. The young brunette shrugged off their looks before turning around and facing the other end of the alleyway. "She should be here any moment."
This alarmed the three men, not expecting there to be another one. "Who the hell are you talkin' bout?" Daryl growled, glaring at the girl. His question was answered when not only seconds later, an out of breath brunette woman appeared next to Salem in a flash.
"They- They're gone," Katherine croaked out in defeat. The woman had returned back to the gas station to retrieve back up, just in case Lina was in serious danger. When she arrived, she was met by a trashed building and bare shelves. The men were gone.
"What the hell do you mean they are gone?!?" Lina demanded. Clearly starting to panic, she began to pace. "No, they wouldn't just up an leave us!"
The three men watched the distressed women conversed, clearly interested. It was like watching an all too real soap opera. "Lina, the place was trashed and the food was gone." Katherine retorted.
The two women looked at each other, as if speaking to each other telepathically. After a moment of silence, Lina turned to the three men. "I apologize for our rudeness-" She smiled sadly before continuing, "This is my mother, Katherine."
This statement obviously took the men by surprise. This woman looked no older than 18, how in the hell did she have a child of Lina's age? Deciding to ignore the initial shock, Rick stepped forward and reintroduced himself. After a few minutes of awkward silence, Lina decided to go forward with her plan.
"Do you mind if we join you guys?" She asked the men with a bashful look on her face. "We will help you get your friend back, and it only has to be for a night." She immediately reiterated, not wanting to over step her boundaries. Her mother rolled her eyes, annoyed with her daughter. She could have just compelled the men but Katherine knew that Lina was too kind to do that.
Daryl quickly stepped forward to deny the women. "Hell naw / Sure why not." Daryl and Rick replied at the same time. The two men glared at each other. "Rick, we barely know em', plus how are two scrawny women gonna help us?"
This statement struck a nerve in Lina. "I beg your misogynistic pardon?" The young heretic growled out, he dark brown eyes shooting daggers at the redneck. "Look, just because we are women does not mean we can't kick your ass and leave you in then dust."
"Oh, and try not to choke on your testosterone while you're at it."
This earned a laugh from T-Dog and smiles from the other two. Daryl glared at the girl but grumbled a quick apology before walking away.
"Welcome to the team, Ladies."

The group of five decided to take shelter in a near by office building. They had collectively decided that it would be best to go after Glenn in the morning. After setting up shop in the empty second floor, Lina sat in a computer chair. Obviously, she was spinning. Rick watched the girl in amusement before continuing his conversation with T-Dog.
"So, Daryl-" Lina started to say before pausing. Did she reaaaallly want to start something?
Yes.
Yes she did.
"Do you always have a stick up your ass? Or can you actually be civilized?"
It clearly was going to be a very long night.
