Engulf my ears rushing waters
So that I may not hear the cries in the dusk
The dawn has passed me by and here I am again
Blinded are those who lie in a field
Blasted demons whom voices caress me
Bound to the blankets I am
and sleep, OH sleep.
The night in which I do not dream is the worst
yet still I wish to rest for eternity
Lie me among the nightshade
I do not want a love's lips
Nor your tender embrace
crush my skull heavy weights
Cure me blazing flames.
