Chapter 10

*Lindsay's P.O.V.*

I woke up and rolled over so that I was face to face with a sleeping Calum. I couldn't help but admire his features once again. He was truly beautiful, though many would complain about his features, I liked what some would call "funny looking boys" I mean I guess that was true if you considered Calum "funny looking" but I found him gorgeous. I'm a sucker for dark hair, brown eyes, olive skin, and a beautiful smile.

By now I had memorized every last eye lash and freckle on this boy. I have know him for approximately 4 days, but it felt like forever. I knew it was time to get up, we had a plane to catch in four hours in order to get to Chicago. I put my right hand gently on Calum's cheek and watched as his big brown eyes began to flutter open. Calum took his left hand and held mine where it was against his cheek, not breaking eye contact once.

"Morning beautiful" Calum said with his morning voice and a little smile that I adored

"Morning Cal" I said back smiling as well

"We have a plane to catch don't we?" He asked

"Yep" I answered back

"Where to again?" Calum asked with a curios look on his face

"Chicago" I said

"Okay" Calum said as I removed my hand and started to get up

"Where are you going?" Calum asked with a jokingly saddened face

"To pack up and leave" I answered smiling

"But you didn't kiss me yet" Calum said with the same expression

I leaned in and kissed him gently and he kissed back. I pecked him on the lips one last time before pulling away.

"Much better" Calum said smiling

"You're too much Hood, you really are." I said laughing

"And that's exactly why you like me" Calum said back smiling from ear to ear and then kissed me on the cheek just before I bent down to pack up.

I heard a knock at the door and answered it.

"Good morning Lindsay" said Ashton grinning

"Morning Ash" I said back

"Do you know what's wrong with Luke?" he asked

"Here come in for a minute and I'll tell you." I said moving out if the door way

"Hey Cal?" I called

"Yeah babe" Calum answered

"Can you come here for a minute?" I asked

"Did he just say babe? Am I missing something?" Ashton asked as Calum came out of the bathroom

"Lindsay and I are together Ash. I probably should have told you sooner." Calum said throwing his arm around me

"I knew it! When where you going to tell us?" Ashton asked

"When the time was right." Calum answered

"Ok back to your original question Ashton. Calum didn't tell Luke that we where together and Luke likes me and Luke got mad that Calum didn't tell him and now their kind of in a fight." I said

"Oh god that's not good" Ashton said

"No it's not I feel awful because none of this would have happened if I just left sooner and I'm really sorry." I said bursting into tears as Calum pulled me closer

"Lindsay it's alright. It's not your fault." Calum said to me

"If it wasn't for me, you'd still be best friends." I said back

"If he was really my best friend, a girl would never come between us." Calum said as I looked up. I could see the hurt in his deep brown eyes.

"I'm sorry" I said wiping off my last tears pulling away to finish packing. I decided to get ready and let those two continue talking. I took a shower and blow dried my hair. I then put on a lose gray V neck t shirt, black skinny jeans that had a hole in the right knee, and a pale pink beanie that had a big Pom Pom on the end of it. I then curled the ends of my hair and put on a little mascara and lip gloss. By the time I was finished it was time to leave for the airport.

We all packed our selves in the van and Calum and Luke wouldn't even look at each other. You could feel the tension between both of them.

"So now that we are all in one place together, I would like to let you all know that Lindsay and I are dating." Calum said with his adorable accent as he grabbed my hand

"Way to go Calum" Michael said back smirking, I knew he wasn't finished speaking.

"Finally found a girl that likes Asians." Michael said

"Fuck you Michael" Calum said not looking amused whatsoever, as all three of the other boys started laughing. I bit my lip in an effort not to laugh and my best not to smile but I couldn't help it.

After an hours worth of a drive, we made it to the Philadelphia Airport and brought our suit cases to the weigh in station where we waited in line for what seemed like hours. When we where finished we had to go up stairs to get our boarding passes and get through security. Security didn't take that long, then we went to our terminal to wait to board our plane. I sat next to Calum in the chairs and leaned my head against his shoulder as he leaned on my head with his.

"You know you look adorable in that beanie?" Calum said lifting his head off of mine to make eye contact with me.

"Thanks Cal" I said laughing a little

"You look pretty cute in yours too." I said back.

"Did you guys know you where wearing the same one? Or was this planned?" Ashton asked.

I didn't even notice until Ash said something. We where wearing the same exact one, except his was gray and mine was pale pink.

"This was an accident, we actually didn't mean to do this." Calum said back

"I actually had not clue until just now" I said smiling

Then someone came on he speaker and started boarding the plane. When we got on, my seat was between Calum and Michael. Ashton, Luke, and their manager John where across from us.

Calum turned to me with his head phones around the back of his neck

"Have you ever been on a plane?" He asked

"Yes, multiple times. At least once a year." I said back

"Have you ever been to Chicago?" Calum questioned

"Actually yes, I went last year for a wedding at the same time you guys where there. I have a cousin in Chicago, maybe we can visit or something." I said back

"Sounds fun" Calum said

He kissed my cheek, put his head phones on his adorable beanie-covered ears, and closed his eyes.

"So do you know like the places to visit? We didn't get to be proper tourists last time." Michael asked

"I do actually, I remember very well." I said back

"Do you know any good pizza places we can go to before the show?" Michael asked once again

"Yup I know just the place! They have the best deep dish pizza in Chicago." I said back

"Alright that's the first stop we're making" Michael said as he put in his ear buds and fell asleep as well. I mine as well as join them, I thought to myself. I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
