Is He The One?

Plan In Motion

It has been 10 month since Gun had come back into Joss' life and his plan was working out much better than he expected. Both Joss and Yo believed that Gun was only interested in being friends with his ex while Gun was just using this as an excuse to get closer to Joss without Yo getting suspicious. Since Gun ran into his ex at the restaurant he was determined to get his ex boyfriend back, no matter what it takes. He had slowly wormed his way back into Joss' life and it would only be a matter of time before Joss was his once again. 

When Gun was fully confident he had Joss and Yo's complete trust he started to put his plan into action. It would start off small but as time went on it would build until he destroyed Joss and Yo's relationship, leaving his ex ripe for the picking. The plan began to fall into place one day when Yo decided to go visit his family. Joss would of went with him but Gun had asked him to help him move into his new apartment. Yo was very understanding and let Joss help out his dear friend.

Truthfully the move only took a couple of hours as Gun had most of his possessions moved over during the week. Gun just wanted to spend some alone time with Joss without Yo interrupting their time together. He was going to have 2 days alone with his soon to be lover and he couldn't be more excited. When they had finally finished moving in Gun went to the kitchen to grab them a couple of beers before joining Joss on the couch. "Thanks for helping me today" Gun said to Joss happily. "No problem. I'm happy to help" Joss replied calmly. 

As the afternoon wore on the drinks kept flowing and before long they were both extremely drunk. Joss was too drunk to realise that during the afternoon Gun had turned his phone off so that Yo couldn't bother their time together. Gun knew that Yo wouldn't think anything of this but he just wanted tonight to be him and Joss and not some annoying boyfriend that will soon be out of the picture. 

As they kept drinking the pair began to reminisce  about their previous love life and remembered all the good times they shared together. Gun was slowly opening up Joss' heart to his once dormant feelings, without him even realising what was going on. They spent the evening talking about the various dates they went on, the magical kisses and even their once very active sex life. The night wore on and soon both men were passed out on the couch. 

It was just after 9 am when the boys finally woke up in each other arms. Joss was worried that something had happened between him and Gun but was relieved to find them both still in their clothes from yesterday. Gun saw the scared look come across Joss' face but he simply ignored it as he got up from the couch and headed towards the kitchen to make them some breakfast. As Gun left Joss on the couch Joss began to feel a little sad that Gun's arms were no longer wrapped around his body. He then tried to shake the "unwanted" feelings from his head and heart as he thought of his boyfriend. After wrestling with his mind he decided to head towards the kitchen to check up on breakfast. 

Upon seeing Gun working hard making their breakfast it reminded Joss of when they used to live together during their university days and it make his heart flutter. While Joss was trying to understand what was happening Gun had already finished and set 2 plates down on his small dinning table. Breakfast consisted of bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, sausages and mushrooms. Gun still knew what Joss loved to eat for breakfast. 

They ate in silence as Joss was still blown away by how good of a cook Gun was. If he wanted to Joss was sure Gun could open his own restaurant. A small part of himself began to wonder what it would be like if he and Gun were still a couple. He tried to shake those thoughts from his mind as he tried to convince himself that he loved Yo and only Yo. Gun can never be anything more than a friend Joss told himself, he wasn't going to risk his relationship with Yo for anything. 

Joss ended up staying over at Gun's place until about 5 pm, roughly when Yo was expected to arrive home. As he was about to leave Joss checked his phone only to realise it was turned off. He assumed he did it last night while he was drinking with his friends. Joss quickly turned his phone on only to see a few missed calls and unanswered texts from his boyfriend. Realising his mistake Joss quickly called Yo and after 4 rings his boyfriend picked up. Joss then began to explain what happened and asked him how long before he would arrive home. Yo told him that he would be arriving home a little later than expected because his parents had asked him to stay for dinner and since he didn't see them often he couldn't refuse. When Yo did arrive back home he found Joss asleep on their bed so he quickly freshened up before joining his lover in a peaceful sleep. 

Over the next few weeks Gun had taken his plan up a notch by offering Joss a job at his company. Gun worked as an engineer but his boss was looking for someone with Joss' qualifications so Gun pulled some strings to get Joss the job. The hours were the same as his old job but he was not only going to be challenged more but also earning a larger paycheck. This was the perfect opportunity as Joss had been looking for a new job the last few months.

Yo was extremely happy when Joss came home with this exciting news of his new job. They celebrated all night long unaware that Gun only got Joss the job so that he could get some more alone time with Joss and worm his way into his heart, without any interruptions. The more he got Joss away from Yo the better Gun thought to himself and before long Joss will be his once again.

A month after Joss began working at the new company he was asked to accompany Gun on a week long business trip. This was Joss' first business trip and he was a little nervous but also excited. He must of been making a good impression if they were willing to send him away on this trip so soon and truthfully they were impressed but it was Gun who had gotten Joss to come on the trip. Gun was going to use this trip to get even closer to Joss and maybe even make a move or two. 

Although Yo was happy for Joss he wasn't looking forward to sleeping alone for a week. Since they had become a couple they rarely spent a night apart and now they were forced to spend 6 nights separated. Joss was just as sad to be apart from Yo as he was and when it was time for him to leave he gave his lover a deep passionate kiss before heading towards Gun's car. Gun had decided to pick Joss up from his place before driving to the airport where they would be flying to South Korea. 

While driving towards the airport Gun put on a playlist of all their favourite songs they had when they were dating. The songs kept bring back warm, welcoming feelings for Joss and for once he didn't try to push these feelings aside, he embraced them willingly. Gun could see that Joss was starting to give into his feelings and knew that this trip was going to be a success. 2 hours later Joss and Gun were both on the plane, as it was about to take off, about to have a trip they would never forget.
