It was 7 am when Joss woke up in Gun's arms. The memories of last night came flooding back and he was filled with so much guilt. How could he have been so stupid as to sleep with his ex boyfriend, especially with his lover waiting faithfully at home for his return. Joss tried to wiggle out of Gun's warm embrace but it only made his ex hold on tighter. Eventually Joss gave up trying and just laid there waiting for Gun to wake up. It was only a few minutes but soon Gun began to open his eyes and saw Joss still in his arms. Gun released a small smile before slowly pulling away from the man. He needed to play his cards right if he was to convince Joss that last night was just a drunken "mistake."

Joss turned his head as Gun was pulling himself away. "I'm sorry" Gun cried "I didn't mean to do anything last night. I was drunk and just lost control. I shouldn't of had so much to drink." Joss wanted to be mad at Gun for last night but he knew it wasn't all his ex's fault.. It takes two to tango and he was just as guilty as Gun. "I can't believe I cheated on Yo. He's never going to forgive me for this. Ever!" Joss declared loudly. Gun was jumping for joy on the inside but kept himself rather composed as he spoke "Who says Yo has to know anything? We both made a 'mistake' last night. Why ruin your relationship over one night that is never going to happen again?"

Joss was stunned for a moment before he replied "I can't keep this from Yo. He needs to know the truth. Even if I don't tell him he will find out eventually." Gun sighed before responding "I can see how much you love Yo but this will only break his heart. Yes we slept together but we both know it won't happen again. Why risk your entire relationship over it? And besides only me and you know what happened last night so unless one of us tells him then he will never find out." "But..." Joss tried to speak but was cut off by Gun. "No buts Joss. Telling Yo will only crush him and ruin what you two have together. So if you really love him then you will kept last night between us and move forward." Joss wanted to argue but a part of him knew that Gun was right so he decided to drop the matter. As long as Yo never finds out then there is nothing to worry about he tries to convince himself.

The only issue Joss has is how on earth was he going to face Yo when the guilt was slowly killing him inside. "I won't tell Yo Gun but you have to promise me that this won't happen again. This can't happen." Gun promised Joss "I'd do anything for you my dear friend." Joss let out a sigh of relief before he got off the bed and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. It was now 7:30 am and their flight left in 4 hours. The flight back was rather quiet as Joss didn't know how he was going to keep the news of his affair away from his boyfriend, especially since his neck and upper chest were covered in hickeys. The guilt was crushing him and he debated on whether he should tell Yo or not, despite promising not to say a word to his boyfriend.

When Joss finally arrived home it was just after 5pm and he was surprised to find his boyfriend half naked in bed covered in rose petals. Yo had really missed Joss and wanted to give his boyfriend a nice welcome home gift. Joss however was stunned at the sight in front of him. He knew Yo was eager to please his boyfriend but he couldn't let Yo see the marks left on his body so he quickly grabbed his pyjamas and headed towards the bathroom. Luckily on his way home he stopped at a small pharmacy and was able to buy a small bottle of foundation to hide the large hickeys on his neck.

Joss couldn't sleep with Yo, not just because of the marks left behind but because he still felt extremely guilty for sleeping with his ex the night before. He had to come up with a plan and quick so as he exited the bathroom he faked yawned and stretched his arms before crawling into bed next to Yo. Joss then planted a soft kiss on Yo's check before speaking "I'm sorry Yo but this whole trip has left me tired and I can barely keep my eyes open." Yo looked at Joss and saw his "tired" face before responding "It's ok baby. You get some sleep and I'll just tidy up here. I love you" He then kissed Joss on the lips, lightly before letting his lover get some rest. "Thank you sweetie" Joss said softly before closing his eyes and pretending to fall asleep. A few minutes later and Joss was out like a light, his tiredness had soon over taken him and he was now in dreamland.

3 hours later Joss had finally woken up but was surprised to find Yo wasn't in their room. Before he could question where Yo could possibly be his lover soon entered the room. "Oh you're up. Well I have dinner ready so come on to the dinning room." Dinner was a fairly normal event until Yo started to ask Joss about his trip and what it was like working with Gun. Joss tried to hide his discomfort, not wanting to raise any suspicions about his trip, but it was almost impossible. The only reason Yo failed to notice Joss' uneasiness about the trip was because he had started to clean up the dishes and wasn't looking too much at his lover.

The next few weeks were just as awkward and nerve racking for Joss as he was constantly worried that Yo would find out about his drunken night with Gun. As time went by Yo was just as sweet and loving to Joss, as he was before the trip, unaware that any cheating had happened. This only caused Joss' guilt to intensify and he was so close to spilling the beans and coming clean about everything. It didn't help that Gun had started to flirt with Joss on a daily bases. From sweet, seductive words, soft, warm touches and loving gazes. It was all becoming too much. The only reason he had kept his mouth shut was because Gun had somehow managed to convince him that this was for the best. Even explaining that his "flirting" was all just fun and nothing serious.

However it was all too serious and was driving Joss up the wall. He had a sweet, loving, loyal, caring boyfriend at home but with Gun's daily flirts and especially memories of their drunken night he was being to question himself. 4 months after their drunken night together the guilt that Joss once held had slowly disappeared and his main concern was whether he should give into Gun's small advances. He loved Yo, he knew it, but Gun had opened his heart up to old feelings he had thought were long gone. Up until now Joss and Gun had kept their promise and no repeats of that drunken night occurred.

Joss had come to accept that Gun wasn't going to stop his flirting, not that he wanted him to stop, but he wasn't going to let it affect his relationship. He had asked for a few days off, and even asked Yo's boss if he could give Yo some time off, because he wanted to spend some quality time with his boyfriend. Away from Gun and all those unexpected feelings towards his ex. Everything seemed to be falling back into place with Yo, that is until one fateful night where Joss and Gun were forced to work overtime as they were falling behind on a massive project. This was where things slowly began to fall apart.
